Who it’s for

Product marketers, demand gen and growth teams who own positioning and need to know when a competitor changes its pitch, its offer or its audience.

The problem

LinkedIn, Meta and Google each publish ads in their own library, one company at a time. Ten competitors means thirty searches, and nothing tells you which ads are new since last week.

How to do it in adsrunning

  1. Add your competitors

Open Alerts, then Add companies. Search one company, or import a list: upload a CSV or paste one company per line as a name, domain or LinkedIn URL. Review the matches, then add them.

  2. Read the feed

New LinkedIn ads we record for your watched companies land in one feed, grouped by company. Switch between 7, 30 and 90 days.

  3. Mark what you’ve read

Show unseen ads only, then mark all as seen. Next Monday starts where you left off.

  4. Check Meta and Google

Open a competitor’s company page for its LinkedIn, Meta and Google status and latest ads, side by side.

Five ways to use the feed

  1. The two-minute Monday check

7-day view, unseen only, one pass. Share the one or two ads that matter in your team channel.

  2. A log of message changes

When a competitor starts a new theme, open its company page and filter to live ads to see its latest live creatives.

  3. Launch radar

Watch competitors and adjacent players before your own launch. A burst of new ads in the 30-day view tells you who is pushing the same story.

  4. The quarterly review

Use the 90-day view to list each competitor’s new ads for the quarter, then compare their formats on the company pages.

  5. Meta and Google on demand

When the feed shows a new LinkedIn campaign, collect the same competitor’s last 30 days of Meta or Google ads through the API or MCP.

Questions

Which networks does the feed cover?

LinkedIn. For Meta and Google, each competitor’s company page shows its status and latest ads, and the API collects their full ads on demand.

How fast do new ads show up?

We check every company for new LinkedIn ads every five days. New ones land in your feed after the check that records them.

Is “new” the date the ad launched?

No. New means we recorded the ad in that window. LinkedIn doesn’t publish a launch date for every ad, so we never label one.

What can I import?

A CSV, TSV or TXT file up to 1 MB, or pasted text: one company per line, as a name, domain or LinkedIn company URL. We keep the first 500 lines.

What if a competitor isn’t in the library?

Try its LinkedIn company URL or its root domain. A company that has never run LinkedIn ads may not be in the library yet.
