Walk into the pitch with their ads.

Open one page and see what a prospect runs on LinkedIn, Meta and Google: which networks are on air, 52 weeks of LinkedIn activity, formats and the latest creatives. Bring the ads, not guesses.

Who it’s for

Agency strategists, account directors and freelance consultants preparing a pitch, an audit or a quarterly review.

The problem

Pitch prep means screenshots from three ad libraries, pasted into slides. It takes hours and still misses the basics: which formats they run, where, and since when.

How to do it in adsrunning

  1. Search the prospect

Search by name or domain from the header or the company library.

  2. Read the board

The company page shows each network as running, recently active, none recorded or not checked, with a 52-week LinkedIn activity strip.

  3. Browse the creatives

Filter the latest LinkedIn ads by image, video, carousel, text or live only. Meta and Google ads have their own walls.

  4. Go deeper in the app

The app’s company page adds its ads from the last year, the format mix, the top five countries by impressions and the person-led ad count.

  5. Collect Meta and Google ads

Use the API or MCP to collect up to 500 ads, filtered by country, format and placement. LinkedIn and Google go back a year, Meta to 2018.

Plays

Five things to bring to the pitch

  1. A benchmark slide

The company page lists who else advertises like the prospect. Pick three peers and compare their boards side by side.

  2. A format gap

Show the prospect’s format mix next to its peers’. A prospect with no video ads among video-heavy peers is your opening.

  3. A market check

The top five countries by impressions show where LinkedIn delivers their ads, which can differ from their headquarters.

  4. Instagram against Facebook

Collect their Meta ads once with the Instagram placement, once with Facebook, and compare what each one carries.

  5. A reason to follow up

After the pitch, watch the account and its peers. The feed tells you when they start something new.
