What most businesses don't realise is that, while there’s been a lot of noise about falling energy prices, that doesn’t necessarily mean lower energy bills. That’s because rate is only half the story. While rates may be dropping on some bills, Zembl has seen supply charges increase by up to 103%^ in the price change letters we’ve seen so far.
