That's Bree Cassidy from The Howard Elliott Collection, holding up their latest catalog at their High Point showroom. The red circle is pointing to an image of their Aspbury Double Framed Round Mirror in their catalog. That image was generated using @WizCommerce’s AI Product Imagery Tool - WizStudio. And the actual mirror is right behind. A year ago, convincing a wholesale brand to put an AI-generated image in a physical catalog - the thing a buyer picks up at the show and uses to make a purchasing decision, was a hard conversation. Bree's smile is a perfect example of how far this industry has come - wholesale brands now trust AI to generate their product imagery AT SCALE. Using AI to scale your product imagery is a no-brainer. 6 months. That's how far ahead of shipping wholesale brands need to start selling. And the only image most teams have in that window is what the factory sent. White background, flat light, no context. Modern buyers don't commit to orders from white background photos. For a long time there was no clean answer. Wait for samples and miss the opening order window. Or go to market without lifestyle imagery and hope buyers could imagine it. Both options left orders on the table. What's changed: you can take a factory reference shot and generate a lifestyle scene from it; real room, right aesthetic, before the sample has even shipped. One of our customers did this last cycle. Full lifestyle imagery for their new SKUs. 6 weeks before samples arrived. Learn more about how this works here - https://lnkd.in/eg5MPJVx

The same sofa sells differently in Vegas than it does in HighPoint. The product is identical. But the buyer in each market has a completely different context for how they imagine it in a room. Different palette. Different textures around it. One lifestyle shoot, (the way most wholesale brands do it) produces one aesthetic. But this one for all imagery is not what converts a buyer who has a very specific vision for their client's space. What I'm seeing from the brands doing this well: regional variation in lifestyle content, tied to where the product is actually selling. The West Coast version. The Southeast version. The hospitality version. This wasn't possible before. Because each variation meant a new studio day, a new prop budget, a new photographer booking. So brands picked one aesthetic and hoped it traveled. Now it's a prompt. AI generates every version you need, in seconds. High Point, Atlanta, Dallas, Las Vegas, etc. The market cycle never stops. This was at High Point this past April 👆 The market was open. The showrooms were full of product. But footfall lower than the year before. Talked to a few exhibitors. Turns out a lot of key accounts had come in 2-3 days before the market opened. Pre-scheduled their walkthroughs, did their meetings, and didn't come back once it officially started. They'd already decided what they wanted. Which got me thinking. Because that decision didn't start at the showroom. It started weeks earlier - on your website, your Instagram, your online catalog. Buyers are shortlisting before they ever book a flight. With designers especially -this is becoming the norm. Markets are still important. Nobody's saying skip High Point. But they're no longer the moment the buyer makes up their mind. That moment is happening year-round, online - whether you're ready for it or not. The brands we see winning aren't just showing up to markets better. They're making sure they're findable and impressive on a random Tuesday in November too. That's what year-round selling looks like now. At WizCommerce, we help wholesale teams build a proper B2B online storefront — one that's actually built for how wholesale buyers buy. Personalized pricing, live inventory, ordering without the back-and-forth. So when that designer is shortlisting on a Wednesday in February, you're in the running. Interested to know more? You couldn't tell the difference. Your buyers won't either. Two years ago, the case against AI product photography was real. The colors were slightly off. The textures looked synthetic. The shadows didn't fall right. You'd need 15 tries to get one usable shot. Fair enough. Today? AI nails your product on the first try. Accurate colors. Real textures. Natural lighting. Indistinguishable from a studio shoot. The case for not using it has quietly disappeared. One of these images took 4 weeks and a full production budget. The other took 4.5 seconds. At WizCommerce, helping businesses skip the studio, cut the cost, and go to market 10x faster with AI-generated product photography. If your catalog is still waiting on a photoshoot, it doesn't have to. Try us for free here - https://lnkd.in/evZcFyGc

150+ hours. And a studio bill $$$$$ in the thousands. That's what a catalog photoshoot actually takes from your leadership team. Briefs, vendor calls, sample reviews, re-edit rounds. Starting 4 months before High Point. I mapped this out with a customer recently. Even I was surprised when I saw the full picture. The best people - merchandising, creative, ops caught deep in production logistics for months. Contrast that with creating catalog imagery using AI. One of our customers started their High Point catalog 5 weeks out. Added 100 SKUs two weeks before market. Nothing broke. No samples reordered. 10 to 15 hours total. This time & cost arbitrage is where the best wholesale brands will shoot ahead of the competition. WizStudio is our tool for creating product catalog images with AI. Built for wholesale.
