Raise your hand if you like saving money🙋 We're excited to have reduced our fees for We Insure franchisees. Over the summer, I had teased that there would be changes coming to our franchisee programming later this year, and we've been rolling them out. Lowering fees makes the franchisee journey even more sustainable, helping our agency owners exert that much more control in how they achieve their version of financial freedom. This is part of my year-3-as-president commitment to maximize our franchisees' ease of doing business every single day.

1,000 policies, and no sign of slowing down! Last week, I had the honor of celebrating my friend and We Insure franchisee Chad Gabler and his super star team, Emner Monuma and Dean Saul. Chad has been a We Insure agency owner for four years, and signing 1,000 policies over that time is no small feat. He embodies the hustle and grit that make this job so demanding yet so rewarding for the entrepreneurs looking to pave their own path forward. I've said before that our franchisees are the heart and soul of this organization. Chad and his agents are an example of just how true that is. From upholding the We Insure business model to supporting fellow franchise owners, we couldn't have celebrated a better person. Here's to the next 1,000 policies, Chad, and many more after. What a privilege to have you (oh and your in-office pup Milo!) as a part of We Insure.

Had an incredible day recently with our longtime partners from American Integrity Insurance Company. Luis Bernal and Matthew VanVelsen, CPCU made the trip to We Insure headquarters in Austin for strategic planning sessions with our leadership team and sales trainers. 𝐓𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠. We've been partnering with American Integrity since 2015, and honestly, it just keeps getting better. Being recognized as a Diamond Agent means we have enhanced underwriting flexibility that most agencies don't get, but more importantly, it represents the trust they place in our team. What makes American Integrity such an incredible partner? Their team is responsive, collaborative, and genuinely invested in mutual success. These aren't just carrier / agent relationships. We're building something together. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭? We had some exciting discussions about expanding into North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia while growing our South Florida presence. American Integrity remains a powerhouse in new construction, and we're exploring the best ways to partner with our franchisees to keep building strong results together. Here's what I love about days like this: Insurance doesn't have to be boring. When you're working with carriers who see you as true partners, and you're creating something meaningful with people who share your vision, it's about so much more than policies and premiums. For our carrier partners reading this: This is how we approach every relationship with insurers. For anyone considering a franchise opportunity: This is the kind of trust and respect We Insure is earning in the marketplace. Building something great always requires the right partners.

As I celebrate my anniversary as President of We Insure, I have been reflecting on what the past two years have meant and where we are headed in year three. With the support of an incredible team, we have rebuilt relationships, bolstered our reputation, and reignited momentum. Together, we have helped franchisees grow stronger, write new business, and believe in what is possible again. Now is time to take things to the next level. My focus this year is on making sure our franchisees have everything they need to win big. That means maximizing: • The power of relationships inside and out • The footprint we have already built • The ease of doing business every single day I won't sugarcoat it: this journey has not always been smooth. There have been roadblocks and tough lessons. But that is where leadership matters most. Leaning into challenges, navigating rough waters, and making sure the team and our franchisees can move forward with confidence. And truthfully, that is the part I love most. Growth doesn't happen in the easy moments. It happens when we push through together. Here's to year three: bigger, bolder, and better.

Rising insurance costs are putting real pressure on American families. As someone who's been in this industry for years, we need to talk about it. The recent MarketWatch piece highlighting how families are spending significant portions of their income on auto and home insurance premiums hits close to home. I've worked through this challenge from every angle, as a former franchisee helping customers navigate claims, renewals, and reshops. Here's what I'm seeing: The industry isn't broken, but the way we serve customers needs to evolve. Insurance carriers are dealing with real cost pressures, from more severe weather events to rising repair costs for vehicles and homes. But consumers are also facing affordability challenges that we can't ignore. This is exactly why the franchise model matters more than ever. When someone's premium jumps 30% like in this article, they need an advocate who can: • Shop multiple carriers to find better options • Explain coverage changes in plain English • Help optimize deductibles and coverage levels • Build long-term relationships, not just process transactions The families struggling with these costs aren't looking for the cheapest policy. They're looking for the right coverage at a fair price, with someone they trust to walk them through it. To my fellow agents and franchisees: This is our time to prove our value. Every customer conversation is an opportunity to be the solution, not just another sales pitch. To our carrier partners: We're in this together. The agents who understand both your underwriting needs and their customers' financial realities are the ones driving sustainable, profitable growth. The insurance industry has always been about providing peace of mind. Today, that means being more thoughtful, more transparent, and more collaborative than ever.
