🎉 Celebrating a successful implementation with Achieve Australia Rolling out a new rostering and payroll platform for an organisation supporting 1,500+ staff is no small feat — especially when you're navigating dual award complexity across SCHADS and the Nurses Award. Two months on from go-live, we're proud to look back on a successful implementation with Achieve Australia. Hypercare wrapped smoothly, and pay runs have been landing accurately and on time ever since. None of this happens without the right people. A huge thank you to Karen & Daniel Kyriacou and the team at Achieve Australia for the collaboration and trust throughout this project — hear it in Karen's own words below. See how VisiCase can simplify multi-award compliance and rostering for your organisation. Are you leaking margin without realising it? The 2026–27 NDIS Pricing Schedule links every support item to a specific worker level — DSW Level 1 through 4. Same shift, same time of day, but the price changes depending on which level the item sits under. Get the match wrong one way and it's a compliance risk. Get it wrong the other way — a higher-paid worker on a lower-level item — and you're quietly paying for the gap, shift after shift. No roster team can catch this by eye across every item, every day. That's exactly why we built auto-matching into VisiCase — the worker gets matched to the correct level automatically, so your team does the right thing and your margin stays intact. Full breakdown (real 2026–27 rates and current SCHADS pay data) in the comments. Want to see the auto-match in action? Rostering in NDIS and aged care looks simple from the outside. It is not. Here are 7 mistakes that are quietly draining your budget, creating compliance risk, and putting care quality at risk — and most providers don't see them until the payroll run or the audit. ❌ 1. Rostering workers past 38 hours SCHADS overtime kicks in at time-and-a-half. A 100-person provider can lose $14,000–$18,000 a year from just 1% scheduling inefficiency. ❌ 2. Last-minute casual callouts Every unplanned casual shift adds a 25% loading on top of base rates. Add those up across a week of unfilled shifts and the number gets uncomfortable fast. ❌ 3. Wrong award level applied One classification error repeated across a team of 20 workers creates underpayment exposure — and a Fair Work investigation you do not want. ❌ 4. No geographic clustering Rostering workers to clients 40 minutes apart means paying travel time and kilometre allowances that smarter scheduling would have avoided. ❌ 5. Manual award rate updates In 2026, three award updates land in six weeks. Every shift costed before those updates are applied is a potential underpayment. ❌ 6. Rostering without skills or preference matching Filling a shift with the nearest available worker is gap-filling, not rostering. Participants with complex behaviour support needs, medication requirements, communication preferences, or language needs require the right worker — not just any worker. The NDIS Commission looks for evidence you document and honour these preferences. A mismatch is an incident waiting to be filed and a participant exit waiting to happen. ❌ 7. Rostering workers with expired credentials Rostering a worker with a lapsed clearance is a direct breach of NDIS Practice Standards — identified at audit and subject to civil penalties. The same applies to First Aid, medication administration credentials, and Working With Children Checks. A qualification register that isn't connected to your rostering system is just a spreadsheet waiting to betray you. VisiCase's AI rostering engine handles all seven. Award interpreter. Skills and preference matching. Geo-mapped shifts. Costed rosters. Live credential compliance gates. Automatic award rate updates. One system. No guesswork. No budget blowouts. No audit surprises. Which of these is costing your organisation most right now? 👇 👉 See it in action: visicase.com/book-a-demo #NDIS #AgedCare #NDISProvider #Rostering #SCHADSAward #WorkforceManagement #VisiCase #Payroll #NDISCompliance #WorkerScreening #CareManagement #SkillsMatching #AgedCareCompliance

📄 How much time is your team spending processing supplier invoices every week? For NDIS providers, aged care organisations, and community care services, managing invoices from subcontractors, equipment suppliers, meal providers, allied health professionals, and other third-party vendors can be a significant administrative burden. Every invoice needs to be: ✅ Verified against service delivery ✅ Cross-referenced internally ✅ Approved before payment or claiming When managed manually, the process is time-consuming, resource-intensive, and prone to costly errors. That’s where VisiCase OCR comes in. Using AI-powered automation, VisiCase OCR extracts invoice data, validates information, and streamlines verification workflows—eliminating manual data entry and reducing processing delays. The result? ✔️ Faster invoice processing ✔️ Reduced administrative workload ✔️ Improved accuracy and compliance ✔️ More time for your team to focus on delivering quality care and support For finance, operations, and accounts payable teams, it’s a practical way to improve efficiency across the organisation. If supplier invoice management is slowing your team down, let’s have a conversation. Every platform you've evaluated handles one sector brilliantly. The problems start when your clients cross the line between them. NDIS has its own claim categories, price limits, and practice standards. Aged Care has AN-ACC funding, ACQSC compliance, and government subsidy structures. Allied Health has discipline-specific billing codes, indemnity requirements, and outcome tracking. Three programs. Three billing frameworks. Three completely different compliance regimes. Most platforms handle one. So care providers who've grown across sectors end up where you are now: technically compliant in each silo, operationally broken across all of them. VisiCase was built for exactly this. Not three modules bolted together — one architecture, designed from day one to handle NDIS, Aged Care, and Allied Health in a single system. → If you're managing more than one sector and your platforms aren't keeping up, it's worth seeing how it works: Learn More
