This 36 unit rental apartment project in Saskatoon was designed with one goal in mind. Affordability. Energy efficiency is really just another way of saying affordability. A well insulated building envelope keeps heating and cooling costs efficient, and the solar array built into this project takes it even further with on site photovoltaic energy creation. Lower operating costs translate directly into affordability for the people who will call this home. #VCM

Sometimes a project is personal. Darren Gerein, VCM Project Manager, grew up connected to the Salvation Army. His mother retired after 29 years of service and his family volunteers there to this day. When VCM put forward their proposal for this project, that history was part of the story. This is what it looks like when the right people end up on the right project. #VCM

Element Dental was a blank canvas. Before any work began, Orville sat down with the hygienists, the receptionist, and the entire staff to ask one simple question. What would make their day easier? The custom front reception desk and built in cubby holes for organization came directly from those conversations. He listened to everything they were hoping for and brought it all together. When this job was finished, we looked back on it and felt genuinely proud of what we accomplished alongside the owners. #VCM

Orville and Macro Properties have been working together for 18 years. When Macro calls and says they want another business center built, there is no architectural drawing to start from. Orville walks the space, sketches the vision on a piece of graph paper, and the team brings it to life from there. Everything you see is built in our shop and installed by us. That is what 18 years of trust looks like. #VCM
