Tukki

Last month, I had to resolve my immigration status under a tight timeline. I was already on H-1B status but needed to change both my employer and role, while being within a 60-day grace period set to expire on December 31. The Tukki legal team helped me assess my options and put the right company structure in place to meet USCIS requirements. We started working on the strategy around November 25, filed the case in under a month, and received the approval on December 23. Grateful for the clarity, speed, and guidance from the Tukki team. I highly recommend Tukki to anyone navigating a complex visa situation. Thank you, Ramiro Roballos and your team, for all the help! On to the next chapter! 🚀

O-1A Visa Approved! 🇺🇸 Tukki and Ramiro Roballos were recommended by ◽️Andres Bilbao, and from the first call, I knew I was in great hands. This is what a good startup looks like, I loved working with their team and their platform made everything clear and easy to follow. Now that my visa is approved, I can finally focus on what’s next — joining Nico (Nick) Diaz in all of the conferences, Nashville, Las Vegas, San Francisco... Should I be the next banner girl? 🤣

Finally my O1A Visa was approved 🇺🇸🇦🇷 Two years ago at 18, I traveled from Buenos Aires to San Francisco and learned about this "extraordinary" visa that felt impossible to get. Having it approved is a dream come true Now I can finally say that San Francisco is the city where we are building the future of how we discover & shop products online Huge thanks to Ramiro Roballos and to all the Tukki team for all your support throughout this process

I met Ramiro Roballos some time ago during our time at Endeavor Miami . Back then, I was navigating different options around U.S. visas, trying to understand what made the most sense for our situation and more importantly where we wanted to take finvix . After a few conversations with Ramiro, it became clear that working with Tukki to support my immigration process was a no-brainer. They understood our story, our ambition, and the impact we’re building. Today, I got my passport back with my O-1 visa stamped. This is more than a visa approval, it’s validation that what we’re building at Finvix matters, that the work is real, and that the path we chose has paid off. Thank you all, this is just the beginning. 🚀

You probably knew about this one. The other eight sections are where the surprises are.

TPS designations, the grace period comment window, the expedited consular fee. Three dates before January.
