Richard Saperstein joined CNBC's Scott Wapner on Closing Bell to discuss the outlook for technology, interest rates, and opportunities heading into year-end. Richard discusses the key themes driving markets today, the risks investors should monitor, and how we're positioning client portfolios. • Technology: Why the success of the upcoming Anthropic IPO could be an important catalyst for the broader technology sector and AI investment theme. • Municipal bonds: How 4.75% - 5% tax-free yields are providing compelling risk-adjusted returns for investors focused on preserving capital. • Portfolio positioning: Why investors should reassess asset allocations following strong equity market gains while maintaining exposure to large-cap technology leaders supported by growing operating cash flows. Richard Saperstein joined Bloomberg Surveillance with hosts Tom Keene and Paul Sweeney to discuss why investors don’t need complex strategies to find opportunity. Richard explains how simple, liquid portfolios can capture equity growth, generate attractive tax-free income and prepare clients for greater volatility. • Equities: Why option writing can unnecessarily cap upside when compelling growth opportunities already exist. • Municipal bonds: How 4.5%–5% tax-free yields can provide income, stability and dry powder. • Portfolio positioning: Why we favor liquid public-market opportunities—including data-center beneficiaries—over expensive, opaque alternatives. Richard Saperstein joined Scott Wapner on CNBC's Closing Bell from the floor of the NYSE to discuss what's driving markets today: accelerating hyperscaler cash flows, a strong business environment and continued AI-led investment opportunities. Richard discusses where opportunity exists today, the risks that deserve attention and how we're positioning client portfolios. • AI capex: How sustained hyperscaler investment is translating into meaningful cash-flow growth. • Earnings: Why rising corporate earnings—not election headlines or modest Fed tightening—should continue to drive markets higher. • Opportunities: Where we see value across hyperscalers, their buildout ecosystem, financials and select energy exposure. Richard Saperstein joined Yahoo Finance's Josh Lipton to discuss what's driving markets today: strong earnings, AI-led investment opportunities, and the case for selectively rebalancing into municipal bonds. Richard discusses where opportunity exists today, the risks that deserve attention, and how we're positioning client portfolios in response. • Why earnings—not headlines—continue to drive markets. • How AI investment is reshaping opportunities across technology, financials, and infrastructure. • Why we're selectively trimming risk and finding value in municipal bonds. Richard Saperstein joined Scott Wapner on CNBC’s Closing Bell from the floor of the NYSE New York Stock Exchange to discuss his outlook on markets for the second half of 2026. One point that stood out was the discussion around market leadership: "The broadening? Sure it can happen, but look at the PEG ratios—the price-to-earnings ratio relative to growth. More traditional consumer stocks are trading at PEGs of 5, 6, or 7. Large-cap tech is closer to 1. You're paying one times the growth rate." Richard's view is that the market can continue reaching new highs through the balance of 2026, while recognizing that risks remain. His approach is to stay disciplined, remain opportunistic, and use market pullbacks to selectively add to high-quality positions. Watch clip here: https://lnkd.in/exNQtZP6
