Your staffing needs deserve a conversation. TalentAux takes a consultative approach to building your Caribbean nearshore team. We start with your roles, workflows, and business goals to help shape the right staffing plan.

How long has that role been open? TalentAux screens bilingual candidates from our Caribbean talent pool and presents matches based on your roles, team size, and timeline. You review vetted matches instead of sorting through applications.

Setting up an office abroad means lawyers, payroll providers, landlords, and IT vendors. Or one monthly invoice. TalentAux recruits your team, hosts them in equipped facilities, and runs HR, payroll, and compliance in the Dominican Republic and Trinidad & Tobago.

Hiring across borders adds more than people. It adds administration. TalentAux handles local hiring, payroll, HR, and employment compliance for your Caribbean nearshore team. You focus on integrating dedicated professionals into your daily operation.

Ask three staffing vendors for a price and you'll get three different models. Ours is on our website: $595 per month plus talent salary, with a $195 setup fee. Recruiting, HR, payroll, compliance, and workspace hosting included.

Build a team that gets to know your business. TalentAux connects you with dedicated Caribbean nearshore professionals who work alongside your US operation. Shared working hours make everyday communication and collaboration easier.
