𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬? Revenue doesn't live in one system. It moves through several: • The contract • The billing system • The ledger • The reporting layer Each one was built at a different time, for a different purpose, often by a different team. As pricing gets more complex small misalignments between these systems compound. The result isn't one big error. It's a slow leak that shows up as reconciliation gaps, recognition issues, and numbers nobody fully trusts. Most teams respond by adding more manual checks. The more durable fix is architectural: designing how contracts, billing, and recognition are meant to connect, rather than patching the gaps between them after the fact. https://lnkd.in/gJki_RCK #RevenueArchitecture #BillingTransformation #SubscriptionMonetization #CFO #RevenueOperations

𝐐𝐮𝐨𝐭𝐞-𝐭𝐨-𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐠𝐨-𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞. The systems may be implemented. The workflows may be redesigned. The project team may have moved on. But the Q2C journey continues. A strong Q2C strategy is not four separate services. It is a continuous journey from understanding the problem → changing the process → running it → making sure it continues to work. Our ultimate goal is to build a better Q2C process that can keep pace with your business. https://lnkd.in/gJki_RCK #QuoteToCash #Q2C #RevenueOperations #SubscriptionBusiness #Billing #RevenueArchitecture

𝐀𝐈 𝐢𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠. 𝐈𝐭'𝐬 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐭. KPMG's Q2 Global AI Pulse found that only 35 percent of organizations have full visibility into their AI operating costs, and nearly half have delayed or scaled back AI agent deployments because costs began to outweigh the benefits. That research measures the cost side. For companies monetizing AI, the same visibility problem shows up on the revenue side, where it's harder to live with. These two questions tell you where you stand. Can you trace a dollar of AI-driven usage from contract through billing to recognized revenue without manual intervention? When consumption swings materially in a month, does your forecast move with it, or does someone rebuild a spreadsheet? In the environments we encounter, the answer is rarely a simple yes to both. We call the state you're after revenue confidence: everything you've contracted is billed, recognized, and reported correctly, even while pricing and consumption move daily. Architecture is how you get there. Confidence is what the CFO is buying. Can you answer yes to both? https://lnkd.in/g6mS-FGJ #RevenueArchitecture #AI #FinanceTransformation #QuoteToCash #UsageBasedPricing #Monetization #Billing #RevenueManagement #DigitalTransformation

During the four weeks, we: ✅ Install AppsConnected within your existing infrastructure ✅ Expose two Oracle BRM opcodes as secure REST and SOAP services ✅ Configure mapping and validation rules ✅ Enable dashboards for throughput, latency, logging, and error monitoring ✅ Validate deployment, rollback, and operational readiness ✅ Complete knowledge transfer with your team By the end of the engagement, success isn't measured by how many meetings we had. It's measured by whether your team can answer questions like: • Can we modernize without disrupting existing integrations? • Can we expose new services in hours instead of weeks? • Can we gain operational visibility without adding more point-to-point complexity? • Do we have confidence to move to the next phase? Modernization doesn't have to begin with a massive commitment. Sometimes, it starts with proving one workflow. https://lnkd.in/gE4raRN8

As AI, consumption-based pricing, and subscription models become the norm, the conversation is shifting from 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 to 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, building revenue operations that can evolve as fast as the business. Our latest article explores why the organizations that win won't just capture every dollar they've earned. They'll be the ones that can confidently monetize what's next. https://lnkd.in/gus3h-f7 #RevenueAssurance #Monetization #CFO #RevenueOperations #DigitalTransformation

The real lesson isn’t that AI is becoming less important. It’s that enterprise AI only becomes valuable when it understands the business context it’s operating within. Billing systems are a perfect example. A simple question like "How do I fix this billing error?" often requires context around: → Pricing models and rate structures → System integrations and dependencies → Legacy workarounds from past migrations → Undocumented exception handling → Manual processes still supporting automated workflows We're seeing this more often with organizations. Teams use AI to guide an integration or migration effort and make good progress, until they encounter the undocumented business rule, legacy exception, or pricing nuance that AI was never given. The integration isn't usually the hard part. Understanding the environment around it is. Before spending hours (and budget) trying to prompt your way through a complex billing challenge, it may be worth talking to people who already know which questions to ask. https://lnkd.in/eiHwX2rd #BillingSystems #SystemIntegration #AI #FinOps #RevenueOperations
