2.6M+ tickets. 840K+ survey responses monthly. Big question at Survicate: are companies actually closing the feedback loop? Tom analyzed last months of Survicate + Zendesk integration data and uncovered 3 ways companies turn customer feedback into action: 1️⃣ Trigger targeted surveys automatically after specific support interactions 2️⃣ Close the inner loop by sending responses back to Zendesk so teams can follow up. 3️⃣ Close the outer loop by analyzing tickets alongside survey feedback to identify recurring issues and fix their root causes. The inner loop helps one customer. The outer loop helps all customers. Here’s what the data tells us 👇 https://lnkd.in/ewnP-Qw9

If there's one thing I've always emphasized in my talks and consulting sessions, it's that we need to create productive environments in places where people already are. As ResearchOps and Design leaders, our goal is to build systems where teams can consult data and make decisions using the fewest tools possible. Since Claude is already where a lot of thinking and strategy happens in companies today, getting your customer feedback directly into it just makes operational sense. The fewer logins and tab switches, the more efficient your company's research model becomes. 🎯 When I got to know the new features available on Survicate, a customer feedback platform, I realized they just solved this with their new MCP integration. 👀 Instead of manual CSV exports, your research projects and live survey responses are right there in your assistant. Answers come back grounded in live Survicate data, backed by real customer quotes. Crucially, curation doesn't change. It runs on a simple one-click OAuth, with no API keys, meaning workspace roles and Research Hub (research repository) and the whole platform permissions apply per person exactly as they do in the software. (This is huge for us in ReOps!) This is about driving ResearchOps efficiency by putting real data exactly where your team already works. I’m excited to speak at When Psychology Meets UX #12 in Berlin on October 9th 😊 I’ll talk about what happens when leadership, management, and research work together. I’ll share concrete examples from getolo of how research became part of business and leadership decisions — from challenging solution-first thinking, to bringing customer evidence into planning, to making customer evidence continuous (with Survicate doing a lot of the heavy lifting), and connecting user insights with broader strategic questions. On September 30th Daniel and Tom are doing a live product session on everything we shipped in 2026. Like the Survicate MCP, server-side targeting, or better transcriptions. Just last week, Daniel was on stage at WaysConf talking about what we learned from 100 researchers about AI repositories, and how we built Research Hub. This session also covers what's coming next. There will be a Q&A session at the end, so bring all your questions. Link to register in the comments.

I’m a lifecycle marketer at heart. It's where I started and I know how satisfying it is when a journey brings CR% uplift. AND when it doesn't :D And I also see this: Your CX automation might be working perfectly. AND still be making the customer experience worse. The ticket closes in Zendesk. The journey starts in Braze. Every trigger fires exactly as designed. There’s just one problem: nobody asked the customer what they actually needed. One of my favorite Survicate flows is: - Zendesk solves the user's issue - Survicate runs an in-app survey about user satisfaction and the customer’s needs - Survicate automatically adds that survey responses to the customer’s context in Zendesk - Braze gets ALL the context too and can personalize the next flow A happy customer can enter a loyalty journey. An unhappy customer can get more help, NOT a discount email five minutes later. That’s why Survicate partners with Zendesk and Braze and has built NATIVE integrations for both. To make life better for lifecycle marketers ❤️. Good CX automation should do more than react to clicks, tickets, and events. It should listen first. Is your automation built around what customers do, or what they actually need? P.S. Meet us to see how to connect Survicate, Braze, and Zendesk: https://lnkd.in/djTRXfdv

Last year I successfully reduced usage of one of our AI features by over 50% week over week. Because looking at amount of generated messages tells you nothing about the value you bring to customers. As product people, we've been building with AI for 5 years, yet we still struggle with measuring it the right way - through satisfaction, retention and monetisation potential. That's why I'm excited to talk avout my fair share of fails and later learnings at Survicate and ChartMogul event on how to optimise and monetise AI features. Drinks, food and a great roster for some intense discussions of Daniel Korczynski, Krzysztof Szyszkiewicz, Wojtek Strzałkowski, Tom Barragry and Sara Archer.
