Join us for a 45-minute session on how to prompt AI tools safely and effectively—from ChatGPT to purpose-built legal platforms. You'll learn: → Prompting from amateur-level to expert → How to catch hallucinations before they hit a filing → When to use general LLMs vs. legal-specific AI → Live prompting demos + Q&A Plus: Exclusive discount for attendees. We ran 53 real legal filings from the past few months through StrongSuit. Every single one had a problem. These were not pro se filings or small-claims paperwork. Every one was drawn from the same pool: mid-sized litigation firms, each with more than 50 attorneys. Real filings, pulled straight off federal and state dockets at random. 53 out of 53 came back with something to fix, with almost 5 issues per filing on average. A few of the things we found sitting in live, filed complaints: - A medical-supply data-breach complaint that warns about hackers targeting "financial corporations," a leftover from a template built for a different industry - The statute an entire case rests on, Section 1983, cited under "28 U.S.C. §§ 1331, 1343 and 1983," when Section 1983 lives in Title 42 and confers no jurisdiction at all. - A securities-fraud count headed under "Section 20D" of the Exchange Act. There is no Section 20D. - Federal jurisdiction pleaded under "20 U.S.C. 1332." The diversity statute is 28 U.S.C. 1332. Wrong title, page one. - A sentence that just stops. "Additionally, there" and then the complaint moves on to the next paragraph. - The same injury dated August 30 in one paragraph and August 31 in two others. And the quieter, more expensive ones: in 89% of filings the complaint missed an on-point case that would have helped. In 68%, it never confronted the adverse authority the defense was obviously going to lead with. This is not incompetence. These are good lawyers at good firms. It is volume, deadlines, and eyes that stop seeing a document they have read fifteen times. It is also exactly what legal AI like StrongSuit is good at. Used right, with verification and human review, AI is not the thing that puts a fake case in your brief. It is the thing that catches the typo before opposing counsel does. Run your next filing through it first. Learn more and start a free trial at strongsuit.com. #legaltech #litigation #legalAI

As your firm grows, so does the amount of work that gets repeated. Attorneys review the same documents. Research the same issues. Rebuild the same context. StrongSuit keeps your matter connected from evidence review through drafting, giving every attorney access to the same research, findings, and work product. That means less duplicated effort, higher realization rates, and more capacity across your team.
