Your digital experience technology should help you adapt quickly to user needs. If it doesn't, here's my advice to make sure it does. Organizations succeed when they can adapt quickly to changing needs but struggle when locked into rigid systems that require major projects for minor changes. One question to ask when evaluating what technology to choose from is does it enable or constrain your ability to evolve as your users do. I've written more about my experience and tips on how to work through this in my latest newsletter. Read more in the link below 👇 #dxp

You can automate efficiency, But you can’t automate empathy. I’ve seen teams throw chatbots at problems and roll out shiny new websites that look brilliant…until someone actually tries to use them. The tech works. The experience doesn’t. Because most digital projects are built for the organisation, not the person on the other side of the screen. The fix isn’t more features, it’s ethnographic human centred design. Understanding what people really need in the moment, and building experiences that make them feel confident, understood, and in control. That’s what I’m unpacking in SoundBytes - quick hits on how to make digital feel human again. 👇 Link below to the first piece. And I’m curious, what’s one “efficiency” move you’ve seen that made the experience worse for the user?
