Scale isn't doing more. It's enabling more impact to happen without you. WAJAMAMA Zanzibar started by delivering antenatal care directly. Now they train government health workers to deliver it, with plans to reach 40 clinics and 19,000+ women a year by 2027. Hear founder Nafisa Jiddawi in conversation with Spring Impact CEO Emma Colenbrander about the decisions behind the shift. 🗓️ 15 October, 2PM BST. Can't make it live? Sign up for the recording.

Which funding models help NGOs scale with government, and which ones hold them back? We're in New York for UNGA81, where, together with LivelyMinds, we're bringing together a panel of funders and NGO practitioners to explore the role funders play in helping nonprofits scale with government, and what needs to change in how capital gets deployed. The panel draws on our recent Scaling with Government report, and will dig into what it actually takes to scale with government, where current funding models fall short, and what more adaptive funding could look like. If you're there, reach out to Tyler for a coffee: https://bit.ly/4rgT82r
