The 2025 JetBrains Developer Experience Report highlights a clear shift: companies are moving away from purely output-based metrics and toward indicators that reflect the real developer experience. Traditionally, productivity in tech was measured through activity logs, ticket counts, and commit volume. Yet 66% of developers say these numbers don’t reflect their actual contribution, and only 22% clearly understand how their productivity is evaluated. This raises an important question: what should we measure instead? According to the report, organizations are prioritizing a broader set of indicators, including developer satisfaction (tracked by 34% of companies), well-being and engagement (32%), and the overall quality of communication and collaboration across teams. Traditional engineering metrics still matter, but they’re increasingly treated as secondary. Teams with higher satisfaction and lower cognitive load consistently outperform those optimized for speed alone. Productivity grows when developers have clarity, autonomy, fewer interruptions, and tools that support their workflow. This reflects a larger shift in thinking: instead of adding more metrics, organizations are focusing on the ones that truly matter—metrics that capture how developers feel, how effectively they collaborate, and how well the environment enables them to do their best work. At SimbirSoft, we see this every day. Teams deliver more predictably and sustainably when their performance is evaluated with context, not just numbers. Standard AI analyzes data. Agentic AI takes action. The evolution in AI introduces what can be best described as “digital employees”—systems that can autonomously plan, reason, and execute complex, multi-step workflows. Think of an AI that doesn’t just flag a supply chain shortage but proactively sources alternatives, negotiates prices, and adjusts logistics. Or one in finance that doesn’t just detect fraud but autonomously investigates, freezes transactions, and files reports. This is the power of Agentic AI, and it's transforming industries from logistics to healthcare. While many companies are still in the pilot phase, the shift is accelerating. According to a Deloitte analysis, Agentic AI is poised to move from niche experiments to core business operations by 2026, fueled by pre-built "out-of-the-box" solutions. This growth will require a new focus on governance and the emergence of "Agent Ops" teams to manage and oversee these autonomous systems. For leaders, implementing Agentic AI is a strategic lever for growth: — Drive Efficiency & Lower Costs: Automate complex, knowledge-based workflows end-to-end, not just single tasks. — Unlock Human Potential: Free your valuable talent from repetitive processes to focus on innovation, strategy, and complex problem-solving. — Build a Future-Ready Operation: Integrate intelligent automation that adapts and scales with your business needs. So, the real question for businesses today isn't “if” they'll use Agentic AI—it's “how” they'll leverage it to stay ahead of the curve. #AgenticAI #DigitalTransformation #ITServices #AI

Each year, Stack Overflow presents its Developer Survey, offering valuable insights into industry trends. We are sharing key takeaways on the most popular technologies based on responses from professional developers. After more than a decade of steady growth, Python maintains its established role as a primary language for AI, data science, and back-end development. JavaScript further solidifies its status as the cornerstore of web development with 68.8% adoption rate. Together with HTML/CSS and SQL it forms a foundational group of web essentials, all used by over 60% of professional developers. TypeScript, once considered a niche tool, matured into a widely accepted technology, with an adoption rate now comparable to Bash/Shell's. This indicates its transition to a critical technology for enterprise-scale JavaScript development. Traditional languages C# and Java demonstrate strong, stable adoption within enterprise environments, though they now reside in a tier below the top four. Rise of Modern Systems Languages — Go and Rust — caused by increased demand for technologies suited for systems programming, cloud infrastructure, and performance-sensitive applications. Beyond the top 15 languages, adoption rates drop sharply. Languages like Kotlin, Lua and Dart are used in specialized domains such as mobile development, game scripting, and cross-platform applications. In summary, we see a strong foundation for web and data, Python's rapid growth in key areas, and many specialized tools for specific tasks. 💬 These are the trends we navigate every day. If your team needs a partner with deep expertise in these technologies—from Java and Python to React and cloud-native Go—let's talk. We specialize in building scalable architectures, comprehensive testing, and providing long-term support. https://lnkd.in/d2vTGb_5 #ITDevelopment #ITOutstaffing #ProgrammingTrends #TechStack #StackOverflow

While AI can explore distant galaxies, its true power lies in solving everyday business challenges right here on Earth. Today, Machine Learning and Computer Vision are being used to improve efficiency and automate processes in various industries. Here are a few compelling use cases we've engineered: — Smart Access & Traffic Management: AI-powered systems use computer vision to read license plates and identify authorized vehicles, enabling automated gate access and streamlined traffic flow. — Digital Archiving & Data Extraction: ML automates the conversion of historical documents into searchable data, extracting specific information like names and dates from old newspapers and handwritten records. — Proactive IT Infrastructure Monitoring: Anomaly detection models analyze system logs to predict server failures minutes before they occur, preventing downtime and ensuring service continuity. — Intelligent Business Assistants: Custom LLM-powered assistants trained on company data handle customer service, provide accurate translations, generate insights from data, and create content. 💬 What business process could be transformed in your organization? #AI #MachineLearning

Tech hiring is shifting—and the latest Ravio Tech Job Market Report shows how AI is reshaping skill priorities, compensation, and role demand. Below are the key insights and our takeaways based on the report. — AI skills are the top priority. AI/ML expertise is the most in-demand skillset of 2025, with 65% of companies prioritizing AI hires—especially large organizations. At the same time, hiring for administrative and support roles dropped by 35.5%, including positions like Scrum Master and QA Analysis. While parts of these roles can be automated, companies still need human expertise—whether a dedicated team member or an in-house AI specialist—to keep processes efficient and reliable. Fully replacing coordination or support functions with AI can create operational gaps and lead to inefficiencies, delays, or revenue loss. — Entry-level roles are disappearing. And companies are not ready for the consequences. P1–P2 roles saw a 73.4% drop in hiring, partly because AI now handles routine tasks traditionally assigned to junior staff. Yet 42% of companies do not formally track skills gaps, relying instead on reactive manager feedback. This creates a contradiction: organizations reduce junior roles due to automation, but lack visibility into which AI-related skills they actually need long-term. In today’s market, adapting early gives companies a clear advantage. But it’s important to understand where AI brings real value before making changes. If you're unsure where to start, begin with an expert assessment. We can review your processes, identify practical AI/ML opportunities, and provide dedicated specialists to help you implement solutions tailored to your business. ➡️ https://lnkd.in/dx57fzAU #TechJob #TechMarket #AI

In the fast-paced #HoReCa sector, efficiency is everything. Long order times and manual processes frustrate managers, impact the entire customer journey, and limit growth. This was the challenge for one of our clients, a retail chain in the HoReCa segment. After analyzing the client's needs, we developed a solution: – Launched a new website featuring a powerful recommendation engine. – Automated order management workflow. – Integrated the platform with the 1C system to synchronize key business data. The new platform delivered significant results: – Order processing time was reduced from 25 to 8 minutes. – Managers' workload was lessened through automated inventory and reserve tracking. – Average order value increased thanks to personalized product recommendations. Overall, the client attracted new customers and improved the customer experience, which directly contributed to business growth. 📝 Learn how we've helped other businesses streamline their processes and gain a competitive edge by reading our case studies https://lnkd.in/d3XPKENJ #RetailTech #DigitalTransformation #Ecommerce
