David McCall runs service for the Audi and Acura stores at McDaniels Auto Group in Charleston. Last month, he moved the Audi store from another AI to ShortLoop. A month in, he told us he goes two or three days without checking what's being said on the phones. Then his Acura team asked for it. That store has never run AI before, and it goes live soon! He put his experience on camera for us. Plenty of service directors are moving AI vendors right now. Thank you, David, for sharing your story!

Mitch Mitchell, Executive Director of Chrysler Minority Dealers Association, Inc., stopped by the booth at NAMAD and shared a few things we'll be replaying. Working with CMDA dealers has been very enriching, and having Mitch in our corner makes it better. Grateful for our partnership. See you at the next one, Mitch!

"AI is not for us." That's what a lot of dealer principals say till they listen to the calls & see how well ShortLoop fits in. Stacey Corley runs Corley and Champion Ford. He had the same worry. Then he heard his AI respond to a customer with real sympathy; it clicked for him. Every call gets answered, customers are taken care of, his team uses their time better, and it shows up on the bottom line AND the top line from month 1. If you're curious about what this actually sounds like, shoot me a DM.

Most dealerships think they need more leads. Almost every store I walk into actually needs to convert the calls they're already getting. That gap is what Ashley L. and I are opening NCM Associates' Clients & Friends workshop with this year, where the conversions actually leak, and what the top stores fixing it do differently. The phone rings plenty. The question is what happens next.

Osvaldo Garcia, Jr. has spent years helping minority dealers at the Ford Minority Dealers Association run stores better. We've been lucky to work alongside him, with many dealers at Ford MDA using ShortLoop. At NAMAD, he stopped by the booth and put it on camera. We work hard to be worth that trust, and hearing it said out loud means a lot. Thank you, Osvaldo!

"I didn't want to do AI. I didn't think AI was for me." Jeff Swank runs Fixed Operations at Court Street Ford. He wasn't sold on AI until he looked at the numbers. 260 service calls handled by AI, 5 hours of advisor time freed up, and shop bays that are filling up efficiently. His words: "It's forcing us to learn new ways to say yes." I don't know a better way to put it either.
