You've heard plenty of monitoring promises. The way to judge this one is on your own assets. Pick your worst-actor stations and we'll run an Asset Audit — a 30–60 minute conversation that maps what you've got, what you're monitoring, and where you're blind, then shows ragging detection on your pumps before you commit to anything wider. You get your stations ranked by risk and your coverage gap quantified. A major water utility started exactly this way, and now has 2,500+ stations monitored from the cabinet.

You can't stop the spills you can't see — and submerged sewage pumps fail out of sight, hours before they overflow. Backing a fix across the network sounds like a big commitment. It doesn't have to be. Start with an Asset Audit: a 30–60 minute conversation about what you've got, what you're already monitoring, and where the blind spots are. You get your coverage gap quantified, your stations ranked by risk, a first-pass business case, and a phased rollout plan. That's a board-ready pack you can decide against before committing a single station. A major water utility started exactly here — they now monitor 2,500 (with more on the way).

Turn the 2am call-outs into planned work. Every blocked station you catch early is a crew that doesn't scramble at 2am and a spill that doesn't happen. The question is which stations to start with. Give us your worst actors and we'll run an Asset Audit — a 30–60 minute conversation that hands back your coverage gap quantified, your stations ranked by risk, a first-pass ROI and a phased rollout. Proof you can take to budget before committing a single station. A major water utility started here — now 2,500+ monitored (and counting).

The pumps that create the most reputational exposure on a wastewater fleet sit where nobody can look: submerged in the wet well, moving sewage. A blockage there is silent. Rags wrap the impeller and keep building for hours. Then the station trips, the wet well overflows, and the first anyone at your level hears of it is a pollution report or a service failure already climbing the chain. Run that across a few hundred stations and it stops being bad luck. It's a gap in what you're able to monitor at all. The build-up shows up in the motor's electrical signal, read at the control cabinet. Nothing goes into the wet well. You catch it hours before it reaches discharge, on assets you otherwise can't get near. We've put the executive version on one page: where the gap sits and what other utilities are already doing about it. Samotics monitors pumps from the motor control cabinet, with nothing installed in the wet well. 7,000+ assets across 80+ customers, and a reliability engineer reviews every detection before it reaches you.

You can't mount sensors on motors inside a cleanroom without triggering cleaning and revalidation. So most of those assets go unmonitored. SAM4 uses Electrical Signature Analysis to monitor motors driving your conveyors, pumps, and HVAC fans - from the motor control cabinet. No sensors on the equipment. No cleanroom entry required. Developing faults detected weeks before failure.

You can't attach a vibration sensor to a pump that's sealed into a contained process. But you still need to know when it's degrading. SAM4 monitors sealed, submerged, and hard-to-reach pumps using Electrical Signature Analysis - directly from the motor control cabinet. It detects mechanical and electrical faults developing inside the asset without ever touching it.
