Today we’re launching Samepage Signals — a second brain for product leaders! We’re also excited to announce $4.85MM in funding for Samepage.ai from Craft Ventures, Freestyle Capital, Glasswing Ventures, and incredible angels, including Justin Kan, Matt Mullenweg, and others. 👉 Follow along our launch on Product Hunt today! https://lnkd.in/esBaj52z AI is changing product development fast. Much more is being built than ever before, which means the hard question is no longer "Can we build this?" but "Should we build this?" This puts even more weight on product strategy, judgment, and taste. We built Samepage for this new world. Samepage Signals connects across tools like Jira, Linear, Productboard, Slack, Notion, Gong, and Salesforce, builds a dynamic profile of what matters to you, and automatically surfaces the information and insights you should see. Things like: - New feature ideas from sales calls - Competitor developments worth tracking - What shipped, what’s in progress, and what may be blocked We believe information should be a push, not a pull. We’ve tested Samepage Signals in beta with hundreds of product leaders, and we’re excited to open it up more broadly today. Samepage was founded by Jason Wu, Paul Wicker, and me. We built AdStage together for 8 years before this, and we’ve now been building together for well over a decade. Couldn't be more excited to be building with these guys again! Today, I'd really appreciate your support. Learn more about Samepage Signals: https://lnkd.in/g5ahSfJ4 #productmanagement #productleaders #ai #startups #saas

When we launched Samepage.ai, I would not have guessed that the EU would be such a quick-to-adopt geo for us. This isn't crazy surprising, but at least for us, there is an interesting story beneath this. This snapshot is just from this week, and the more surprising insight is that my US demos vs. EU demos paint two distinct pictures. The expectations in the US for AI productivity tools are astronomically high. A lot of the companies are in theory-crafting mode and tend to want agents to do everything for them, including cooking them a nice breakfast in the morning :) On the EU side, the companies are no less ambitious, but they have a few familiar pain points that need solving, like automating feedback triage into feature requests, and product-tuned agents kick off tasks like research. Neither approach is better or worse, but I do find that the US companies are almost so inundated with the new shiny thing every week that they almost action a bit less. I wonder how much of this has to do with Silicon Valley being the epicenter of AI development or simply cultural differences and approaches to software/technology. I am sure it is a bit of both and more. If you're a PM at a company in EU, we'd love to get your thoughts on the product: www.samepage.ai Also, shout-out to Intercom for a view they've had in their product since essentially the beginning that brings me so much joy by seeing how quickly what we build gets adoption around the world. Gotta love being a tech founder in these moments!

The number one request we get for Samepage.ai from product leaders is for it to help them surface feature requests and ideas from sales calls/demos. In a way that is automatic, recurring, and reliable. We just launched our first product, Signals, about 3 months ago. A product that lets PMs connect all their tools (and the tools their teams use), and the Samepage agent surfaces insights and info automatically to them in a personalized feed. Doing loads of demos per week myself has made this need abundantly clear. I have 1 signal that combs through all of my Granola notes and pulls out not just the feature ideas, but general sentiment around those ideas, and how it relates to the Samepage product suite (including new features we already have in flight). The best part about this is that while we are running 100mph, Samepage has all of our context. It has our backlog/roadmap from Linear, it knows what conversations our internal team is having from Slack and meetings, and it knows what is important to us (me) this given week. All of this context being structured and available to the signals agent is why it just does a better job than Claude for the PM use case. Every morning I wake up to a signal that has gone through all of the calls, our context, and surfaced up what features we should consider, or added validation/evidence to what we are already building. The next response we get from users is, "great, now how do I add these FRs to our backlog and use Samepage to start working on them?" - well...that's coming very soon ;) Set up your own feature triage signals today - www.samepage.ai

When you use Claude, Codex, or Cursor to draft feature tickets, release notes, go-to-market copy, prototypes, or feature code, the quality depends on context. Today we are launching the Samepage.ai Product Management MCP - a single MCP server connected natively to 40+ data sources every product manager uses. Whether you need customer feedback from sources like Zendesk or Intercom, feature ideas from Gong or Zoom transcripts, roadmap context from Jira or Linear, or more technical context from Github or Gitlab - Samepage MCP is one connector that securely connects all of these sources and more to the AI tools you use to execute. This is the easiest and most secure way to bring your team's product brain with you anywhere you work. Available on all paid plans today (starting at $15/month) - blog post in the first comment below for more details!

Super excited to announce the launch of our 2nd Samepage.ai product - Samepage Artifacts! 🎉 Samepage Artifacts is a fully connected product management writing surface. Just two weeks ago, we launched Samepage Signals and announced our funding. Today, we are launching Artifacts, which works in tandem with Signals. Signals automatically pushes important information and insights to you from your connected tools (Gmail, Slack, Notion, Jira, Linear, Zendesk, Gong, etc). Artifacts turn those signals into feature requests, release notes, bug tickets, status updates, PRDs, and more. Samepage will write the artifact using everything it already knows about you and your products. You can then collaborate with the Samepage Copilot to refine the work and send it straight to the tools your team uses, like Linear, Jira, Confluence, and Slack. We built Samepage Artifacts for you, product folks. Not as another all-purpose AI writing tool, but one that actually understands the writing your job demands. Now that we have our core platform in place, it is really fun seeing the team bring these products to life. Things we always wish we had when running our prior companies! More to come next week :) Read more about Samepage Artifacts: https://lnkd.in/gxQm5H4A

As building has become substantially easier, the big question on top of any PM's mind is "what should we build next?" World-class product leaders use their informed intuition to make bets on what to build next. They also know it is often not one specific signal but a confluence of information: chatter in support tickets, ideas from prospects during sales calls (or why a deal was lost), what competitors or the market are up to, and how their own team is finding success in dog fooding their own product. The central building block is /information/. Insights that parse out signal from noise to get clarity on what their customers need/want. That's why we built Samepage.ai Signals to automate the surfacing of such information so that there is no longer any information asymmetry issues for the PM. They always have insights and information automatically bubbling up to them, every morning, so they can easily make the call on what the team should build next. We have a bunch of PMs using it today to do exactly the above: www.samepage.ai I got to sit down with Marcus Sherwin on his NotJustAds podcast last week (full episode out in a few weeks) to share more about how the product function is going through a massive change and how we built Samepage for this change, for this moment. A lot of AI tools claim to do the job the function itself with a bunch of agents. Our first product really just claims to enable the product management function by automating the flow of important information to the PM while the world continues to speed up, and teams are developing faster than ever. A big part of the product job is being the most informed person within the organization with respect to customer needs. Only then can they keep everyone else on the same page and build what /should/ be built next.
