If you lead a fashion business turning over $1bn a year, or building towards it, you already own one of your most valuable commercial assets. Your teams just can't use it yet. It's the data that explains fit. How every garment was specified, what production actually delivered, which sizes sold, what came back, and who bought it. You've paid to collect all of it. It sits across product, sourcing, ecommerce and CRM, and none of those systems was built to connect it. So fit gets managed as a cost rather than understood as a cause. Returns, markdown, lost conversion, the same product mistakes repeated season after season. Rarely seen as one number. Rarely traced back to where it starts. That's what PCDP changes. SAIZ's Product & Customer Data Platform connects your product and customer data around sizing and fit into one view. For the first time, you can see what fit is costing you, where it originates, and how to fix it at source, across your whole assortment. It works alongside your existing systems, needs no multi-year programme, and can start from a single product measurement export. At s.Oliver Group, it runs across more than 20,000 products. Return rate down 11.2%. Fewer returns and more sales, from the same underlying fix. And the stakes are rising. As shoppers start asking AI agents which size to buy, your product data becomes your storefront. The brands whose data can answer reliably will win those sales. The rest wont know they lost them. Can you say today what fit costs your business? If not, message me, or send this to whoever owns it in your business. I'll scope the opportunity for you: where fit is eroding margin, what data you already hold, and the value PCDP could unlock. Full piece 👉 https://lnkd.in/e3A_AfQW #retail #fashion #fitintelligence

Most fashion brands hold their sizing data in pieces. Product measurements in one system, orders and returns in another, body data nowhere at all. SAIZ connects them into one living system. Connect the data, understand how products are built and how they actually fit, activate recommendations, nudges and charts across the customer journey, then learn from every order so the next recommendation is sharper. Fit IQ connects individual products to individual shoppers.

Accurate sizing needs two kinds of data, and most brands only hold one. Your product catalogue and measurements on one side. Your orders, returns and body data on the other. SAIZ is the platform that connects them, then turns the result into size recommendations, fit nudges and bespoke size charts your shoppers trust. Fit IQ connects individual products to individual shoppers.

A conversation with a fashion leader this week made me rethink the phrase: “Too expensive.” Because sometimes, the solution isn’t too expensive. It simply sits in the wrong budget. Fit intelligence may be activated on the PDP, so e-commerce is often expected to own it. But the value doesn’t stay in e-commerce. 1- Fewer returns improve operations and margins. 2- Better product guidance supports conversion and customer experience. 3- Fit data helps merchandising understand why certain products underperform. 4- Body and preference insights help product teams improve grading, size curves and future collections. So the investment sits with one team - while the impact is spread across the entire organisation. And suddenly, something that creates value across five departments looks “too expensive” when measured against one department’s KPIs. This is what fashion businesses need to rethink. 𝐒𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚 𝐏𝐃𝐏 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞. It is shared infrastructure between product, merchandising, ecommerce, CX and operations. The real question is not: “Can ecommerce afford it?” It is: “Can the business afford to keep treating fit as nobody’s responsibility?” So I’m curious: who should actually own fit intelligence inside a fashion organisation?

SAIZ: Award-Winning Fashion Sizing Solution for eCommerce Teams⭐

The biggest margin leak in fashion retail isn't marketing. It's returns, and most trace back to one unresolved variable: fit. In a decade working with fashion and retail leaders, I watched this play out again and again: strong campaigns, strong conversion, then a return rate that quietly ate the margin nobody had budgeted to lose. SAIZ treats fit as a commercial problem, not a customer service one: using data on the product itself, not a guess from the customer, to get the size right the first time. Fewer returns, stronger conversion, a business case finance actually cares about. Credit to founders Marita Sanchez de la Cerda and Svenja Tegtmeier for building something that actually solves it. I'm excited to be working alongside Fiori D, Kyle Schubert and Hana Shamaa on the commercial team, as Sales Director, UK & US at SAIZ. If returns are quietly costing your business more margin than they should, let's talk. #RetailTech #SizingAndFit #GTM #Ecommerce
