Voy's engineering team had a familiar problem: the roadmap was moving faster than hiring. They were scaling fast across the UK, Germany, and Brazil. The team had important React work to ship. But hiring seniors takes time. Even after you find the right person, notice periods can push the start date out by months. Voy did not have months. So they brought in ReactSquad. We were grateful for the privilege to work with them. Our engineers embedded into their team, picked up complex product context, and started moving their roadmap work forward within a week of onboarding. One of the projects we supported was a reactivation flow that helped increase customer reactivations by 33%. Another one was fixing legacy code to bump their SEO scores to high 90s across several landing pages. What stood out most in their testimonial was the trust. Arthur, Senior Engineering Manager at Voy, said he was skeptical at first because of past agency experiences. And Tommy, their Director of Engineering, said the relationship with ReactSquad changed how he thinks about working with external engineers. And by the end, the line was: "From an engineering perspective, I wouldn't look anywhere else, specifically for React." That is what we aim for. ReactSquad gives you Senior React engineers who join your team, take ownership, and help you keep momentum when hiring is too slow. If your React roadmap is blocked by capacity, book a call with ReactSquad. We'll show you how we can help.

Engineers leave after just 1.5 years on average. Could your next manager change that? The next time you need a new manager or lead developer, go with someone internal if you can - they already know your tech and team, making the leap to manager easier. If jealousy arises, share clear, measurable reasons for your choice (tenure isn’t everything), and show the rest of the team they’re valued with real growth paths. Transparency here avoids resentment - it builds trust. External hires make sense when you need rare expertise, like for a new product no one inside can tackle. They can teach your team while leading. Either way, growth opportunities are non-negotiable - engineering churn is brutal (1.5 years average tenure), and a clear ladder keeps talent in-house. How do you approach this choice? ___ Quick context about me: I run ReactSquad.io, a dev staffing firm focused on the React ecosystem. Here’s how it works: • You get a vetted senior in 48 hours • Transparent rate: $75/hour • 14-day risk-free trial If you need a reliable senior dev fast, just check out https://lnkd.in/eGNB_YVJ Or just shoot me a DM here on LinkedIn.

Over the years, we’ve built so many SaaS apps at ReactSquad that we started noticing the same patterns again and again: authentication, billing, user management, onboarding flows ... That’s why we created our free React Router SaaS template. But here’s the thing - templates aren’t just about convenience: • ✅ Time-to-market: The right starter kit can cut weeks (sometimes months) off your MVP timeline. • ✅ Focus: Instead of reinventing login or subscription logic, your team spends time on what actually differentiates your product. • ✅ Learning: For beginners, digging into a production-grade codebase is one of the fastest ways to level up. Of course, no single template is perfect for everyone. A solo dev, a founder, and an agency all have different needs. My advice: • Compare free and paid templates side by side. • Look at docs quality, integrations, active maintenance, and flexibility. • Pick the one that gets you to your next milestone fastest. 👉 The bigger point: whether you use ours, or a paid one, a good template is like starting a race 100 meters ahead. Curious: what project would you like to build? And what's stopping you from building it? ___ Quick context about me: I run ReactSquad.io, a dev staffing firm focused on the React ecosystem. Your local dev setup can be your silent productivity killer. If it takes a new engineer more than a few hours to get the app running locally, you’re not just wasting time — you’re losing momentum. Every extra manual step is a tax on creativity, velocity, and morale. World-class engineering orgs treat local setup as a core product of the team, not an afterthought. They measure onboarding time like they measure deployment frequency. Why? Because the faster a dev can “get to hello world,” the faster they can contribute meaningfully. Most teams don’t realize how much friction lives in their Docker config, their secret sharing, or their README. But when you fix those bottlenecks and you're optimizing DX, you’re building a faster, calmer, more confident engineering culture. 👉 Watch the video to see my 2-rule framework for simplifying your team’s local environment setup. ___ Quick context about me: I run ReactSquad.io, a dev staffing firm focused on the React ecosystem. If your team stops thinking for themselves, the problem is probably you. Here’s how it usually happens: • You start “helping” a bit too much • You correct every small decision • You jump in before they finish solving a problem Before long, your team stops challenging assumptions. They stop making calls. They wait for you to decide everything. That’s not a “lazy team.” That’s a team you accidentally trained to give up ownership. The fix: • Ask them directly if they feel micromanaged (360 feedback works wonders) • Watch their behavior — hesitation, over-reliance, and avoidable mistakes are all red flags • Give them space to own decisions, even if they do things differently than you would If you want a team that takes initiative, you have to let go of the wheel sometimes. --- If you're looking to hire high-agency senior React developers, check out reactsquad.io or DM me.

Most managers say they want “founder-minded” engineers. Most managers also crush them the moment they act like one. Here’s the contradiction: You can’t tell people to “own the problem” while still controlling every decision. You can’t say “think like a founder” but punish them for doing something differently than you would. True high-agency teams are built by giving up control: • Let them choose the solution instead of forcing them to execute your plan • Share the customer problem instead of the task list • Involve them early, so the solution is theirs instead of an assignment from above Yes, it’s uncomfortable. They will make calls you wouldn’t. But if you want real ownership, you have to stop acting like the only founder in the room. ___ Quick context about me: I run ReactSquad.io, a dev staffing firm focused on the React ecosystem.
