Ive always found it a bit strange that the place where content gets created knows the least about how it performs. 🤔 You write it, structure it and publish it in your CMS. Then, to find out whether it worked, you go somewhere else. That data is tied to a page, not to the content you actually manage. So most teams default to views. Views tell you what got attention. They don't tell you what helped someone decide. That's what we set out to change with content item metrics. Prepr now shows eight metrics directly on every content item, in three layers: 1. Reach: views and unique visitors. How often it was seen, and by how many people. 2. Engagement: time spent, scroll depth, and events from your front end, like a CTA click or a video play. Whether people actually engaged. 3. Performance: assisted goals, conversion rate and impact score. Whether it contributed to a result. Impact score is the part Im proudest of. A conversion is rarely the work of one page. Someone reads an article, then a case study, checks pricing, and books a demo. Impact score shares the credit for that goal across the whole journey, with more weight the closer a view is to the conversion. Which means the article that never "converts" on its own can finally show what its worth. I think this changes more than reporting. It changes the question teams start with. Instead of "what got the most views?", we can ask: "what helped someone decide?" If you're using Prepr, try it on something you published recently. Don't stop at the views. Look at what happened next. My guess is that at least one piece will surprise you. Content item metrics are now available on all plans. Read the full article to see how the metrics work, and how they help you decide what to improve, promote, or create next. 📖 https://lnkd.in/e9GC-FU7 #ContentAnalytics #ContentOps #HeadlessCMS #MarTech

Managing a large media library in Prepr just got easier. ⚡ With the new List view and bulk editing, you can switch between grid and list views, select multiple assets, and update them all at once. We've also renamed Collections to Folders, making it clearer how your assets are organized. Less time managing assets, more time creating content. #HeadlessCMS #ContentManagement #ContentOperations

One of the moments I look forward to most after we launch something new at Prepr CMS is seeing how users actually put it to work. Earlier this year we shipped the Prepr MCP Server. For those new to it, the server connects an AI agent directly to your CMS, so your team can spend less time on repetitive work and more time on what humans do best. What we've seen so far goes well beyond any single use case. Teams are using it to move drafts into the CMS, catch gaps in unpublished content before it goes live, clean up old language after a rebrand, and validate migrations before anything gets published. If you've ever built something, you know the feeling: the earliest use cases teach you more than any roadmap or demo ever could. Thinking about where AI agents could fit into your own workflow? We wrote up an article to help.👇 https://lnkd.in/e6e4v6bF #AI #AIAgents #ContentOperations #MCP #HeadlessCMS

What happens when you let AI take the lead on a content migration? When rebuilding the Prepr website, we had to migrate more than 1,000 content items into a completely redesigned content model. We expected AI to make the process significantly faster. Our first attempt taught us an important lesson: giving AI too much freedom too early can create more complexity, not less. So we started over. This time, our developers defined the architecture, established repeatable patterns, and broke the migration into smaller, testable steps. AI became an implementation partner rather than the architect. The result was a much more predictable and maintainable migration process. In our latest article, we share what went wrong the first time, what worked the second time, and the principles we’d use for our next AI-assisted content migration. ⬇️ https://lnkd.in/e29mKa5D #AI #ContentMigration #HeadlessCMS #ContentManagement #Developer

B2B buyers now expect the same seamless experience they get everywhere else. Most mid-market companies can't deliver it, not because they lack ambition, but because pricing, catalog, content, and personalization all live in different systems that barely talk to each other. I see it as a recurring pattern: every change to the buying experience turns into a coordination exercise across systems that were never built to move together. The fix isn't necessarily going fully composable. Sometimes it's a clearer split. That's the idea behind a Connected Commerce Stack: a commerce layer (pricing, catalog, transactions) and an experience layer (content, personalization), each doing what it's built for, connected in real time instead of stitched together after the fact. Propeller and Prepr are a working example of that split. B2B commerce capabilities on one side, flexible content and personalization on the other, staying in sync without the integration overhead a fully composable setup usually demands. The payoff isn't a bigger stack. It's a more adaptable one, one that lets B2B teams build a better buying experience now and change it as their needs do. 📖 More on how this works for mid-market B2B teams in this article: https://lnkd.in/eb_NkJaz #B2BCommerce #MidMarket #DigitalExperience #HeadlessCMS #MarTech

Instinct built many great brands. It also hides a lot of wasted budget. 62% of executives say they rely on gut feeling when making big decisions. Instinct sparks ideas. But without data, it's just a guess. Companies that put customer data to work are 23x more likely to win new customers, 6x more likely to keep the ones they have, and up to 19x more likely to be consistently profitable. The best teams don't choose between creativity and data. They use data to give creativity direction, turning bold ideas into results they can prove. That's the shift I want to see more of: not less creativity, more conviction behind it. At Prepr, we believe in marketing that's bold and measurable. Test. Track. Learn. Repeat. 📊 Instinct starts the throw. Data hits the target. #Leadership #Marketing #DataDrivenGrowth
