I've spent years watching companies pay for the same mistake. They treat integrations as projects. Deliver, close, move on. Then the integration lives another eight years with no owner, no documentation, and credentials nobody rotates. We've decided to do something about it, and that's totally free for you to download. We built an app for the ServiceNow Store, it shows every integration on your instance, who owns it, and a compliance score. That’s the starting point for running them as a capability instead of a project. Finally, we're keen to hear your thoughts and feedback, so please drop a comment or a direct message. This is really helpful as we try to iterate and improve the app for everyone. The link to install it is in the comments.

Here’s something we made, free, no form, no sales call. It exists because we're tired of watching the same thing happen: integrations treated as projects, finished and forgotten, until they fail and the owner left in 2021. The cost doesn't show up as one incident. It compounds. The solution starts with knowing what you're actually running. This free app in the ServiceNow Store shows every integration on your instance with an owner and a compliance score: Clearly we have an interest here. We think teams that start running integrations as a discipline, eventually want help running them well. That’s a conversation for later, if ever. Finally, we're keen to hear your thoughts and feedback, so please drop a comment or a direct message. This is really helpful as we try to iterate and improve the app for everyone. We built this ourselves and we're giving it away. The reason is simple. We keep meeting companies where the same problem compounds year after year: integrations are run as projects. Built, handed over and then forgotten, until one breaks and nobody knows who owns it. An integration isn’t a project. It’s a capability you run for as long as it exists. Visibility is the first step towards running integrations the way you want. So we put that first step in a free app in the ServiceNow Store: every integration on your instance, its owner, and a compliance score. Our interest is obvious. If more teams start running integrations as a discipline, the world gets better for us too. But the app doesn't need us. Click on the link in the comments to install it, try it, take the first step towards really owning your integrations. Finally, we're keen to hear your thoughts and feedback, so please drop a comment or a direct message. This is really helpful as we try to iterate and improve the app for everyone.

The platform owner, integration developer, security, process owner. Each believes one of the others is accountable for the integration. For most integrations, none of them are. Integration Ops shows you every integration, with one accountable owner and a compliance score. A free app, in the ServiceNow Store, that gives the accountability conversation a starting point.

Most ServiceNow instances run dozens of integrations. Ask who is accountable for each one and the answer is usually a name that has left the company. Integration Ops is a free app in the ServiceNow Store, that list every integration, owner, and a compliance score. The gaps show up on the first screen.

Can you list every system connected to your ServiceNow instance? Who owns each connection, and how it is secured? Most IT leaders simply can't answer that question. Integration Ops puts the answer in one view. A FREE app in the ServiceNow Store.
