Your chopping boards get checked every time an EHO walks through the door. Scored surfaces fail. Resurfaced boards pass. Most kitchens don't realise there's a better option than buying new. Nella's managed service keeps your boards compliant without the cost or disruption of replacement. We supply colour-coded boards, collect them regularly and return a freshly resurfaced set on a schedule that fits your kitchen. No downtime. No compliance risk. No need to ever buy new boards again. Request a free audit and we'll assess your current boards, tell you exactly what they need, and send you a tailored quote.

When did you last really look at your boards? Scored and grooved surfaces are a breeding ground for harmful bacteria - and a red flag for EHO inspectors. Environmental Health Officers arrive unannounced and check surface condition, not just cleaning records. Bacteria on scored surfaces persist beyond standard cleaning and can lead to failed inspections, improvement notices, or temporary closure. Don't let your boards put your kitchen at risk. Nella's managed resurfacing service protects your hygiene standards. We supply, collect and return freshly resurfaced boards on a regular schedule. No hassle. No downtime. No compliance risk. Complete our online inventory and we'll send you a tailored quote for your kitchen.
