Luxer One Locker Solutions - Package Rooms & Locker Systems ads

100% of deliveries and pickups stay outside your leasing office. An Outdoor Package Room (Luxer Kiosk) sits at an exterior door: carriers make one stop, residents collect parcels 24/7, and nobody signs for a box again. Weatherproof and with our written Price Protection. Ask us what fits your site.

It was never the package. It was the pickup. Residents get home at 9 p.m. The office closed at 5. That gap is where the complaint starts. A Luxer One smart package room gives residents controlled 24/7 access: self-service pickup, tracked and logged, no front desk required. Locker Solutions is a National Premier Partner of Luxer One, with written Price Protection, and 1,200 systems sold since 2016.

Your front desk is not a package room. Indoor parcel lockers hold 100% of deliveries in the lobby — carriers scan once, residents pick up by code or app, 24/7, and your office never hands out another box. Luxer One indoor lockers, placed by a National Premier Partner. Ask us for a layout and pricing built around your leasing office design.

Cluttered lobby? Clean solution. Luxer One® installed. At some point, “temporary package overflow” just becomes part of the decor. 📦 A lobby filled with boxes doesn’t just take up space — it changes the entire feel of the property. Residents notice it. Prospects notice it. Your onsite team definitely notices it. That’s why more communities are moving to smart locker and package room solutions that keep deliveries secure, organized, and out of the way. ✅ Cleaner space. ✅ Better flow. ✅ Less cardboard architecture. That’s what a better package system looks like.

Still signing for packages? There’s a better way. If your onsite team is still manually accepting deliveries for residents, you’re not just managing packages; you’re managing interruptions all day long. Carrier arrives. Staff stops what they’re doing. Packages pile up. Residents come looking for them later. Repeat tomorrow. Modern package management should reduce workload, not create more of it. With Luxer One® lockers and package room solutions, deliveries go directly into a secure system for residents to retrieve on their own schedule — no signing tables, storage closets, or leasing office scavenger hunts required. Your team has better things to do than play middleman for every Amazon order. Ready for a better system in your community? 👇
