I hired new 5 employee, none of them are human. a year ago, stepping away for a week would've meant chaos. now? I’m getting closer to the business running without me because I built a team of AI agents that don’t need me to show up every day. Plus … I’m less than 50 days to being a first-time dad, so it’s a must for me personally. here’s my growing team… → margot runs my 8am briefing. reads overnight slack and inbox, posts a plain-english rundown before i'm even awake. → theo watches my inbox. drafts replies to brand emails, flags the ones worth real money, waits for my approval before anything sends. → nora scans my calls, notes, and voice memos. turns each moment into content drafts ready for me to edit. → otis analyzes my audience. tells me what's resonating and what's not so i'm not guessing. → june coordinates deals. tracks timelines, follows up, keeps nothing from falling through. and they don't just work for me. they work with each other. theo routes the big brand deals to june, and otis tells nora what's worth writing about and I built this system fully in Hyperagent and they're the reason I can now actually step back when the baby comes. This isn't about productivity hacks, it's about building a business that doesn't mean manual labor for you at every step Hyperagent is giving the first 500 people who sign up for a paid plan an extra $500 in credits. I've more than doubled my business in the past year. I've also never been more exhausted in my life. I haven’t taken a real vacation in a long time… So I set up a fleet of AI agents for my team, so I could go to Greece for 10 days. And I actually unplugged 90% of the time. (I tried to unplug 100% of the time but I'm an obsessive entrepreneur) Before I left, I set up three AI agents in Hyperagent, a tool that lets you deploy always-on agents connected to your existing tool stack. Here are the 3 agents I built: ↳ A daily briefing agent that ingests my Gmail, Google Calendar, and an AI news feed every morning, prioritizes only high-priority stuff, and posts a Slack summary for my whole team. ↳ A blocker detection agent that monitors my Slack and email for threads where my team is waiting on my input for things like approvals and decisions. This is so helpful because I’m the biggest blocker in my company 😅 ↳ A weekly content performance agent that pulls social media post data, identifies patterns in what's working best, and sends my team an analytics breakdown. The architecture is simple but so powerful: each agent has its own cloud login, connects to the tools you already use, and runs on a trigger (either a schedule or an inbox event). And the cool thing is that they don’t replace my human team, they work in collaboration with them. And since they worked silently in the background, I was able to unplug a lot and keep my business running. Hyperagent is giving away $500 in credits to the first 500 people to sign up. Not unemployed. Just found a loophole! I haven't touched my email in 4 days, yet I still made money this week. Turns out I don't need to lose your business to leave my desk. I just need Bob! Meet Bob. Every morning he sends me the 3 things that actually need me, not the 200 that don't, and drafts my replies so all I do is approve. He's apparently also started hiring. I didn't ask for a team. I got one anyway. If you've been telling yourself you need to be unemployed to have a life, there's an easier way. Built with Hyperagent. My little creator business is on pace to make $300K this year. And the craziest part is that I’ve barely opened my laptop for the last 3 weeks. Yep, instead of working, I’ve spent most of July traveling around Canada and the US, seeing friends and family. Now, normally after a trip like this, I would be in PANIC MODE. Frantically replying to emails. Putting out fires. Apologizing to sponsors for going dark. But that didn't happen this time (yay!). I’m not writing this to brag, but rather to show what’s possible when you have the right systems in place. And for me, Hyperagent has made creating those systems wayyyy easier. Hyperagent lets you build and deploy AI teammates that connect to your tools, learn how your business works, and handle complex jobs on demand or automatically. Before leaving for my trip I set up THREE agents (and yes, I named them): 1. Otis (my triage agent): Checks my inbox every morning and lets me know if anything urgently needs my attention, so I'm not spending 30 minutes combing through it myself. 2. Scout (my sponsor agent): Reads every message that hits my sponsorship address, researches the company, and sends me one short Slack message with what they want and what I'd need to decide. 3. Carmichael (my post-drafting agent): I record voice memos in the car. Carmichael turns them into first-pass posts in my voice. There were 9 drafts sitting in the folder when I landed. A few small tweaks and they’re ready-to-publish posts. It felt like having a full team supporting me while I was on vacation. Which meant I could climb mountains and eat crawfish boils without worrying that my business was going to fall apart. Hyperagent is giving away $500 in credits to the first 500 people to sign up. Last Friday my daughter had music class six blocks from our apartment. A room full of babies singing the animal alphabet with a puppet named Rocco. I work from home. I didn't go. And here's the embarrassing part. It wasn't really the calendar. Yeah, I had a call about our new office, candidate outreach for the media company we're building, a YouTube cut my editor was waiting on, a partnership decision my co-founder needed my take on. But honestly? Even if I'd walked over, I know what happens 20 minutes in. I'm on my phone. Checking Slack, and nobody even needs me. I'm just busying myself. Because when there's always more to do, every hour with your kid is really a half hour. Every morning I write my to-do list in the Notes app. A few weeks ago I stared at it and realized every single thing on it is a job I'd hand to a great teammate. So I hired the teammates. None of them are people. They're agents I built on Hyperagent Francois runs my recruiting outreach. Named him Francois because I wanted Michelin-star-host energy, white glove everything. Tommy leaves first-pass notes on our YouTube cuts. Albert preps the partnership memo. And Structured Chuck, long story, posts a brief to our Slack at 8am whether I'm at my desk or not. Watch Francois for a second. I onboarded him the exact way we onboarded our human interns: here's the role, full-stack creator, 10 to 50k YouTube subs, strong on camera. He came back with 50 candidates, emails found, and three outreach drafts in my voice because he studied my sent folder. And he won't send a single one until I say yes. So this Friday, I went. Phone stayed on the counter. 45 minutes on the floor with my daughter and a puppet band manager. And when I got home: Chuck's brief was in Slack, my editor already had Tommy's notes, and Francois had three drafts waiting for a yes. Nothing on fire. Nothing waiting on me. Last Friday I couldn't find one hour, six blocks from my own apartment. This Friday, the only thing waiting on me was a yes that could wait.
