Systems Architect(ing) comes to Stuttgart. 30 November to 4 December 2026. Five days on the CAFCR framework, key requirements, integration strategy and pitching your architecture to management. For system engineers, senior designers and project leaders with a few years of experience. Reserve your seat provisionally, without obligation.

The Systems Architect(ing) training teaches the CAFCR framework and the tools architects use to balance conflicting requirements and defend their design to stakeholders.

In 5 days, learn how to structure complex system architectures and bridge the gap between mechanical, electrical, and software teams. Practical tools, real case studies, direct application to your own projects.

Complex systems fail less on engineering, more on communication between disciplines. This 5-day training gives you the frameworks to structure complex architectures and align multidisciplinary teams, from concept to implementation.

Being technically excellent is not the same as being able to own systems architecture. The Systems Architect(ing) training teaches the CAFCR framework and the tools architects use to balance conflicting requirements and defend their design to stakeholders.

Vague requirements cost you time, budget, and rework. Practical Requirements Writing gives you the INCOSE-based tools to write requirements that are clear, testable, and actually usable — from day one.
