When growth slows, most companies look for a marketing fix. They hire another agency. Run another campaign. Rewrite the messaging. But growth rarely stalls because of one department. It stalls because marketing, sales and operations stop moving in the same direction. More leads. Longer sales cycles. Teams working harder. Revenue staying flat. That's where we come in. At GXO, we don't hand over a strategy deck and wish you luck. We work alongside your leadership team to identify what's slowing growth, build the commercial systems that remove those bottlenecks, and stay accountable until they deliver results. Because growth isn't created by another presentation. It's created by execution. If your business feels busy but isn't moving fast enough, let's talk. What happens when you put 20 founders, operators, investors and brand leaders around one dinner table—with no panels, no presentations, and no expectation to perform? Last week at Cannes, we found out. We hosted the first edition of The Honest Room with a simple belief: the conversations that shape businesses rarely happen on stage. As the evening unfolded, five conversations kept resurfacing. 1. Trust is becoming a competitive advantage. In a world where AI can generate almost anything, credibility, reputation, and human relationships are becoming harder—and more valuable—to build. 2. AI isn't replacing leadership. It's raising the standard for it. The discussion wasn't "How do we use AI?" It was "How do we lead through this transition without losing our judgment, creativity, and humanity?" 3. Brand partnerships need to evolve. The future isn't one-off sponsorships or transactional campaigns. It's connected ecosystems where brands, creators, founders, and communities create value together. 4. Founders aren't overwhelmed by a lack of ideas. They're overwhelmed by optionality. The hardest decisions today aren't what to build. They're what to ignore. 5. The best conversations still happen in small rooms. When people don't feel the need to perform, they ask better questions, share harder truths, and build stronger relationships. This Honest Room doesn't end with the dinner table. Let's continue the conversation in the comments. Sven Bally Gilles Bindels Vrinda Agarwal Kavya Srivatsa Vora Le'har Mishra Shruti Tiwari Wura Kayode Cameron Shaw Sanjay M Lal Preity Ü. Sometimes the strongest teams aren't built in meeting rooms. They're built while someone is trying to guess "Gen Z" through a TikTok dance, "Revenue" with imaginary money, or "OTP" through some very creative acting. We believe meaningful relationships are built through shared experiences, genuine conversations, and moments of laughter that bring people closer together. Because behind every founder, CEO, and leader is a person who values authentic connections. If you're looking to build your career with a team that works hard, laughs often, and grows together, we'd love to meet you. Most go-to-market conversations today revolve around digital channels. But some of the highest-performing growth strategies are happening offline. A private dinner with 10 decision-makers can create more pipeline than a trade show attended by thousands. A well-designed physical asset can break through the noise of crowded inboxes. An in-person strategic audit can position your business as a trusted advisor before a commercial conversation even begins. The businesses generating disproportionate growth understand a simple truth: Revenue follows trust, and trust is often built face-to-face. What offline GTM strategy has delivered the strongest ROI for your organisation? One of the most common reasons international expansion fails is because companies underestimate how differently consumers make decisions across markets. In India, execution is often the competitive advantage. Brands such as NykaaFashion and Mamaearth have demonstrated that winning requires far more than awareness. Success is built through distribution, accessibility, retail partnerships, local relevance, and the ability to execute consistently at scale. As a result, many global brands entering India discover that a strong international reputation is not enough. Without operational excellence on the ground, even well-established brands struggle to compete. The opposite is often true in the United States. Many Indian founders expand into the U.S. believing that product superiority alone will create momentum. They focus on ingredients, effectiveness, and pricing while overlooking a critical reality: consumers often buy the story before they buy the product. Fable and Mane understood this distinction exceptionally well. Rather than leading with product claims alone, it built a premium brand rooted in culture, aspiration, and identity earning its place on SEPHORA shelves and in consumers' minds. The takeaway is straightforward: India rewards execution-led growth. The U.S. rewards narrative-led growth. Understanding which lever matters most can be the difference between expansion and stagnation. Are founders still underestimating the importance of adapting their go-to-market strategy for different regions? Let’s discuss.
