100 people open your product page. Three buy. After a few days two send it back. One customer keeps what they ordered. Marketing paid for all 100. The page moves two numbers at once. Conversion has to go up. The return rate has to go down. If you overpromise, both figures will go up. If you show things as they really are, eventually both will go in opposite directions: conversions up, returns down.

Most brands do not hold their own source files. The spec lives in a studio's head, the naming in a studio's script, the RAWs on a studio's server. That works until the day it does not. We write it the other way round: spec, naming and source files are yours, handed over within five working days whenever you ask, including if you leave us. Ask for that clause in writing, from us or from anyone you are talking to.

Sport and outdoor retail inherits a different photo standard from every supplier it carries, and the shop still has to look like one shop. The work is not the shoot, it is the normalising: crop, background, angle, naming, the same in November as in March. We do that at up to 8,000 articles a day for 140 brands. Send 20 article numbers and compare.

Denim is the hardest thing in a catalogue to keep consistent. The same wash photographed in two studios comes back as two products, and the customer notices it before anyone on the team does. We work from your existing wash reference and your existing spec, so the new drop belongs next to the last four. Send 20 article numbers and compare.
