As Full-Size Production Supervisor at FR Conversions, Herman Frome 5th leads the team behind our full-size vans—high-capacity vehicles built for comfort, flexibility, and everyday reliability. Designed to offer the space and function of a minibus at a more affordable price, these vans reflect the craftsmanship and care Herman brings to every project. To Herman, a defining quality of leadership at FRC is their commitment to listening. When his team shares ideas to make production more efficient or reduce costs for customers, that feedback leads to real change. It’s rewarding for him to see those ideas take shape in the vehicles that roll off the line—and out onto the road. Herman’s pride comes from knowing his work helps people every day. His leadership, hands-on experience, and care for his team make a lasting difference at FR Conversions. We’re grateful for Herman’s dedication and the example he sets as a leader who builds with heart, purpose, and pride. #EmployeeSpotlight #FRConversions #MeetTheTeam #EngineeredToServe

When we convert a vehicle, every step is backed by rigorous quality assurance that goes far beyond industry standards. After the teardown, our team carefully organizes each component and inspects it by hand. Exhaust systems, fuel systems, panels, carpeting, seats—nothing is overlooked. Every part must pass inspection before it goes back on the vehicle. At the same time, the vehicle frame is examined for damage or rust, with protective coatings applied to safeguard long-term performance. Once the build is complete, the inspection becomes even more intensive. Our technicians follow a comprehensive checklist, confirming: • All parts are reinstalled correctly. • Every bolt, bracket, and seal is tight and secure. • Water intrusion risks are eliminated through precision sealing. From the weld-in phase to the finishing touches, this inspection-first approach ensures that every FR Conversions vehicle isn’t just compliant—it’s safe, reliable, and assembled to last. It’s not just an inspection. It’s a standard that sets us apart. #FRConversions #MobilitySolutions #AccessibleTransit #FleetReady #EngineeredToServe

Meet Taylor Dimas, a dedicated HR Generalist here at FR Conversions. For more than two years, Taylor has been making an impact both in the office and on the manufacturing plant floor. He brings a people-first approach that helps our workforce thrive. A Carroll County local, Taylor commutes each day with his brother. Along the way, they share a small tradition of spotting FR vehicles on the road: a reminder of the work they’re proud to be a part of. He also brings life to the workplace—literally. His office is filled with plants he carefully tends to. It’s just one more way he nurtures the environment around him, creating a space that’s colorful, welcoming, and connected. What does Taylor value most? The team dynamic at FR Conversions. Here, executives and plant floor team members work side by side, creating an environment where every voice matters, and there’s always room to grow. Taylor’s own journey is proof of that, and he sees endless possibilities ahead. At the core of his work is a belief in our mission: building vehicles that empower people to live and travel with greater independence. It’s why he’s proud to be part of FR Conversions and why he shows up every day ready to serve. We’re grateful for Taylor’s commitment to our people and our purpose. 🔗Learn more about career opportunities here: https://ow.ly/883m50X9Qvf #EmployeeSpotlight #FRConversions #MeetTheTeam #EngineeredToServe
