So we’re now looking to meet more FinTech startups and founders who are: • Searching for a technical co-founder • Hiring their first founding engineer • Looking for a lead engineer or future CTO • Bringing product development in-house • Rebuilding or scaling an existing product • Preparing to grow following a funding round This is particularly relevant for founders building in payments, wealthtech, lending, financial inclusion, insurtech, regtech, open banking and adjacent sectors. If you’re a FinTech founder or startup company looking to onboard new technical talent, comment FINTECH for a free, no-strings-attached introductory meeting with relevant candidates from our latest cohort. Not every startup needs a CTO on day one. Sometimes you just need a solid engineer who can ship the next three features, fix what's broken, or get your product to the point where hiring makes sense. Freelancers from Upwork don't understand your product. Agency quotes start at £20K. And your network hasn't turned up anyone who actually fits. Foundermatcha isn't just for co-founder matches. We help you find founding engineers, early technical hires and contract-to-hire engineers — people who are open to flexible arrangements, whether that's part-time, project-based or equity-blended. We match on mission, values, personality and budget — so you only meet engineers who are aligned on what you can actually offer right now. Try Foundermatcha today.
