Jenže ani u použitelných dat cesta nekončí. ✅ čidlo změří ✅ síť přenese ✅ v cloudu se data zpracují ❔ Ale co dál? Před deseti lety bylo typickým IoT projektem připojení měřidla přes LoRaWAN, přenos hodnoty a její zobrazení v aplikaci. Dnes propojujeme IoT, data, AI, OT a integraci tak, aby výsledkem nebyla jen informace, ale řešení konkrétního problému. 🏢 Dobře je to vidět například třeba na energetickém managementu budov a areálů. V jednom projektu se mohou potkávat LoRaWAN, NB-IoT/LTE, M-Bus, Modbus nebo lokální OT technologie a jejich data následně směřovat do energetických, CAFM nebo BI systémů zákazníka. Výsledkem už není jen graf spotřeby. Data mohou pomáhat hledat anomálie, optimalizovat provoz, rozúčtovávat spotřebu nebo sloužit jako podklad pro ISO 50001 či ESG reporting. A další příklady? 🚗 Doprava: detekce vozidel s nadměrnými emisemi pevných částic přímo v reálném provozu s možností přímé integrace dat do komplexních dopravně-správních systémů. 🌱 Zemědělství a krajina: propojení dat o půdě, mikroklimatu a vodním režimu – i v místech bez běžné energetické nebo komunikační infrastruktury. 🏢 Chytré budovy: anonymizované sledování využití zasedacích místností, které může ukázat, zda jsou kancelářské prostory využívány efektivně. ➡️ Přesně tady pro nás leží rozdíl mezi Internet of Things a Innovation of Things. Internet of Things nám umožnil věci propojit a získat z nich data. Innovation of Things tato data kombinuje s dalšími technologiemi a proměňuje je v konkrétní změnu – nižší spotřebu energie, efektivnější provoz, čistší dopravu nebo lepší hospodaření s vodou a krajinou. LoRaWAN přitom nikam nemizí. 📡 Zůstává základním stavebním kamenem, který dnes kombinujeme s dalšími technologiemi. A platí pro nás ještě jedna důležitá věc: u IoT není největší výzvou přenést jednu zprávu ze senzoru. A single pilot surfaced ~10,000 security findings, each with a proposed fix. It ran on the live AWS estate of a Nordic digital marketing company. They didn't want a demo, so they gave us the real thing: years of workloads and accumulated security debt. We had the honour of putting our IT Operations Engine to work on it. Patching was switched on across the estate. None of it had ever actually happened. A global company's compliance dashboard said patching was healthy. Every schedule was configured and enabled. But a single missing label meant none of those schedules had ever run. We had the honour of running the assessment that uncovered this, across our client's cloud accounts, using our IT Operations Engine. A few other things it found that no existing tool had flagged: ▪️ A clear labelling policy existed. Almost none of the estate actually followed it. ▪️ Backups reported success every time. Some had nothing saved behind them at all. ▪️ And almost as a footnote: hundreds of thousands of savings per year identified.
