200.000 💥 That's how many people follow our company page since this morning. All organic followers, and 30% or more is our target group in the Netherlands. We've never really did anything with the page, up and till 18 months ago, when we started to bring it to life. We've gained over 30k extra followers since. Big shout out to our branding partner, Sebastiaan Cové & Nobox | Marketing Agency 💪🏼 🫶🏼 The following is not a goal on itself, but merely a side result of hard earned work in the industry: almost 12 years of helping companies hire people in technology, and almost 12 years of helping technology professionals find their new position. Proud to see we’ve reached another big milestone with the team. 🥰 It's just a vanity metric, but it still shows the progress we make, onwards and upwards team! Doghouse Unleashed #5 is coming. This edition, we're tackling the question everyone's thinking but few answer honestly: how much of AI actually holds up in production? Two speakers who've been building in this space long before it was a buzzword: Vladimir Stefanović, Cloud Architect and Microsoft Azure MVP, brings 20+ years of designing large-scale systems. His take on AI is pragmatic by default: he starts from business constraints, not technology. Carlos K., Technical Director at Artificial Core, scaled an engineering team from one to twenty and was applying ML to production infrastructure before anyone called it AI. He also sits at the intersection of tech and investment, so he knows exactly where the value is real and where it isn't. Expect sharp takes, honest trade-offs, and zero hype. This one is for engineers, architects, and tech leaders who want signal, not noise. June 11. Amsterdam. Free to attend. Secure your spot: https://lnkd.in/e7U82v6K

AI seems to be in every pitch, every roadmap, every prod update. But how much of it actually holds up in production? That's what we're unpacking at Doghouse Unleashed, June 11. No demos. No inflated promises. Just engineers who build and ship, talking about where AI adds real value and where it just slows you down. Two speakers. Senior tech crowd. Free food and drinks. Doghouse Recruitment HQ, Amsterdam. If you want clarity on what actually works, this one's for you. https://lnkd.in/eF8s8-Ai

- Text-onlyA salary gets agreed in round one. Nobody checks it again until the offer. By then, weeks have passed. Other offers showed up. A counter-offer might be on the table. New information changed what feels right. The number that worked in week one doesn't automatically survive to week six. One simple question gets skipped every time: does this still work for you? We ask constantly mid-process (actually during every check-in/prep/feedback call), not just at the start and the end. It takes two minutes and saves everyone a finish-line collapse. Deals don't fall apart at the offer stage. They fall apart weeks before it, quietly, unchecked.LINKEDIN · TEXT-ONLYSince 30 Jul 2026
