Vets Choice Radiology runs 24/7 diagnostic imaging for veterinary practices across the US, through a network of more than 100 board-certified radiologists. As VCR entered a new phase of growth, project-based contractors weren't enough. They needed one engineering partner who could own software, data science, and AI together, not split across vendors. Devspace now operates as VCR's main engineering partner. More than 20 senior specialists are embedded across the stack, technology advisory capacity supporting VCR's leadership through this period of investment.

Finding engineers who actually understand veterinary software is hard. Here's how Devspace solves that. Whether you're modernizing a legacy PIMS, scaling a cloud veterinary platform, or building AI-powered diagnostics - the right engineers make or break your roadmap. Devspace places pre-vetted, EU-based senior engineers directly into veterinary tech teams - typically within 2-4 weeks. No generalists, no long hiring cycles. Engineers who know the domain, embedded in your team from day one.

Most leadership teams agree AI matters. Few can point to where it actually pays off in their business. We help companies find the answer before committing budget to it - identifying the right opportunity, validating it with a working proof of concept. Then, if it's worth building, our AI-enabled engineers take it from proof of concept to production. No strategy decks. No technology looking for a problem.

AI consulting should not end with another strategy deck. Devspace helps companies identify the right AI opportunity, validate it with a production-oriented proof of concept, and move from strategy to working software.

AI-enabled engineers are not “vibe coders.” They are senior engineers using AI inside a controlled delivery workflow - helping teams move faster without lowering the quality bar.
