Most don’t get supply chain. This infographic shows what everyone sees and does not see: Everyone sees ↳ Stockouts ↳ Late deliveries ↳ Customer complaints ↳ Waste What everyone does not see ↳ Supplier disruptions ↳ Quality issues ↳ Production delays ↳ Warehouse execution issues ↳ Temperature excursions ↳ Transportation problems Cold chain is an excellent example. Everyone can see when a shipment of produce arrives spoiled. They don’t see: ↳ A refrigerated truck that stopped working in transit ↳ A drought that reduced the harvest on the farm ↳ A night crew that left it off the refrigerated dock until morning If you can’t tell, you can’t prevent it from happening again. TRLLN was built to put organizations ahead of cold-chain breaks. Backed by IFCO SYSTEMS, a global leader in reusable packaging and food supply chains, TRLLN brings deep cold-chain experience to the problem. Follow TRLLN here on LinkedIn: https://lnkd.in/eXqtEqmJ Two ways it works: ↳ By showing a temperature excursion as it’s happening, your team can act to save the load ↳ If a load arrives spoiled, TRLLN documents when, where, and in whose custody the temperature excursion occurred. #TRLLNPartner

📣 TAKE THE SURVEY: UK and Irish subcontractors and construction professionals Anyone and everyone knows how I feel about the payment culture in the construction sector. Late payment and delayed cash flow are one of the major root causes of why businesses enter administration. It’s the primary reason we established The Save Construction Initiative because: Insolvencies = catastrophic consequences. My fight towards creating resilience is centred around our people. Our friends, colleagues, and their families. I have spent 20 years addressing the skills shortage; it’s a story as old as time, and with every insolvency, we are losing highly skilled, credible people and prohibiting the potential of attracting new entrants. Payapps - An Autodesk Company is conducting research to understand the subcontractor payment experience better and contribute useful industry insights back to the sector. The responses will remain anonymous to understand better how payment applications are managed in practice. Responses will feed into a wider industry research report that will be published by Payapps later this year. UK: https://lnkd.in/e-QAZc_y Ireland: https://lnkd.in/epZM_Uww I will feed back the outcomes Sponsored LinkedIn Post. #construction #subcontractor #specialistcontractor #builtenvironment #trades #consultants #quantitysurveying #costconsultant #paymentculture

One of the biggest challenges for construction companies is cashflow pressure. And payment applications are often an area where things move slowly for subcontractors already operating under tight margins. Construction has made major progress in digitisation over the last few years but payment application is still an area where a lot of people feel frustrated. Thats why I am supporting Payapps - An Autodesk Company and their new State of Payment Applications for Subcontractors 2026 survey. UK Survey link: https://lnkd.in/dR5RVyUs IE Survey Link: https://lnkd.in/dRVXsimz The goal is to better understand how payment applications are currently managed across the UK & Irish construction industry, including: • payment delays • compliance challenges • disputes • collaboration • role of technology Its anonymous and designed to help create a clearer industry-wide picture of where the biggest issues still exist. If you work in construction, especially subcontracting, your input would be valuable. I’ll also share the final research findings once the report is published later this summer. #PayappsPartner

For years, I was chasing data. Better dashboards. Single place of work. Sharper predictions. A new tool that can detect the signal we’re missing. We got it. Most of the leaders I talk to today are sitting on more customer insight than they’ve ever had in their careers. So, how much of that insight has actually changed the customer's experience? Are customers much better off because we have better dashboards (or better chatbots, as dashboards seem to be ‘last year’ items) ? Still, the same patterns: 🔸 Customers getting nicely designed QBRs with adoption trends (that no one actually asked for) 🔸 Churn risk detected. It still happened. 🔸 Executive summaries of what happened, not what we changed as a result of lessons learned We didn't fail at insight. We’re overwhelmed by insights. We stalled at impact. The next era of CX is focused on the context that carries actions, automations that learn from outcomes, and signals that trigger coordinated action across Support, Success, Product, and Ops. In the next interaction, not in the next QBR. That's the conversation I'm joining Zoom for, and I'd love to see you there: 🎤 From Insight to Impact: The Next Era of Connected CX 🗓️ Wednesday, 6th May 2026 ⏰ 9:00–11:00 AM BST | 10:00–12:00 CEST | 11:00–13:00 GST 📍 Zoom – Live only What I'm most looking forward to: ✅ Katie Stabler CCXP the human side of CX transformation (aka what tools won’t solve for you) ✅ Customer stories - what broke, what worked, what they'd do differently ✅ One action only you can take back to the team the next day Speakers: 🎤 Ben Neo, Head of Zoom CX Sales EMEA, Zoom 🎤 Katie Stabler CCXP, Global CX Influencer, Founder of Cultivate CX & Author 🎤 Michele Booth, CX AI Lead EMEA, Zoom 🎤 Tommy Hart ☄️, CX/AI Lead, Zoom 🎤 James Towner - Chief Growth Officer, ArvatoConnect 🎤 Finbarr Begley - Senior Analyst, @Carvell If you're a VP of CX, Customer Success, Support or Service and you've been wondering whether all that investment in tooling is actually translating into customer impact, this summit is for you. 👉 Register: https://lnkd.in/eUia6mS8 Drop me a note if you're going, it's always better to compare takeaways with friends. 💚 #ad #CustomerExperience #CX #AI #CustomerSuccess

One thing I never stop doing as a CS leader is making time to learn. 🎓 The pace of change in our industry right now is relentless. AI, automation, connected data, shifting customer expectations. If you are not actively keeping your finger on the pulse, you fall behind fast. Most of us are so deep in the day to day that we forget to zoom out (no pun intended) and look at where the industry is actually heading. That is why events like this matter to me personally. As a Zoom customer I have seen first hand how the right technology can transform the way teams deliver and manage customer experience. So when they host a summit focused on the next era of connected CX, you best believe you will find me SAT to tune in. 🪑 Because the gap most CX leaders are sitting in right now is not a data gap. It is an execution gap. Insight in one place. Automation in another. And nothing connecting the two into real, measurable impact. That conversation needs to be had. And it needs to be had at a senior level. I will be joining the Zoom CX Summit: From Insight to Impact on 6th May and if you are a CX, CS, or business leader who wants to understand where this is all going, I think you should too. 👇 📅 Wednesday, 6th May 2026 ⏰ 9:00 to 11:00 AM BST | Zoom, Live only 🔗 https://lnkd.in/eD8AsMR3 #ad

🗓️ HAPPENING TOMORROW Less is more More tools. More processes. More complexity. And suddenly, productivity drops while costs rise. What I see across organisations right now: Growth is no longer a question of ambition. It’s a question of orchestration. How well do your systems, your people, and your decisions actually work together? Most companies are still stuck between two extremes: 🧪 experimenting without direction 🤯 or overcomplicating their tech stack in the name of innovation Neither scales. What we need instead is a more holistic view on productivity: integration, clarity, impact. I’m genuinely curious to explore this further. And yes, I’m also looking forward to a few practical life hacks from Zoom along the way 😉 That’s why I’m excited to join the Zoom Scale-Up Summit as a speaker, where I’ll share my perspective in a live conversation on what modern work really looks like in practice. We’ll talk about: • Strategic AI adoption that fits real business needs • What we can learn from companies like Synthesia & FINN • How to increase output without increasing complexity • And why simplification might be the most underrated growth lever right now If you’re leading teams, scaling operations, or navigating digital transformation - this one’s for you. 🗓️ Event details TITLE - Zoom Scale-Up Summit DATE - Wednesday, 22nd April 2026 TIME - 9:00 BST | 10:00 CEST | 11:00 GST Register now: https://zm.me/4rB525I Looking forward to seeing you there. #ad #partnership
