€1.48M/month generated through Meta ads alone. 6.58x ROAS. eCommerce brand. Selling across Ireland and the UK. My team and I have been scaling this account for the past 6 months. Here's what it takes to operate at this scale efficiently... 📈 𝗔𝗴𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘴, 𝘸𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘵𝘪𝘱𝘵𝘰𝘦. Things I obsessively check in high spending Meta ad accounts. 1️⃣ Audience segments reports How much spend is going into new audience vs existing customers? 2️⃣ Meta-reported results vs actual business topline Is Meta genuinely driving biz growth or do things just look good in the Ads Manager? 3️⃣ CPM trends (weekly & monthly) This is the one metric we cannot fully control directly. Is something happening in the wider market that could impact our KPIs? I recently took on a couple of new ad accounts spending some real $$$. Follow for more if you're interested in real stories from real high spending Meta ad accounts.

How do you spend €17k in a single day on Meta ads without destroying your ROAS? Here's how I approached it. This brand had a big offer coming to an end on June 10th. The goal for the last day was simple: "Spend a LOT with highest possible ROAS" So... how did I go about it? ❄️ I doubled down on truly cold campaigns in weeks leading up to it Hard exclusions of pixel purchases and customer lists 🔁 Come June 9th, I created retargeting only segments The new audience pipeline was big, time to isolate and hit them again 🚨 I went all in on FOMO messaging within both the creative and copy "FEW HOURS LEFT" "ENDING TONIGHT" "LAST CHANCE" ⚙️I opted out for lifetime budget instead of daily during last 2 days This gives more predictability when timescales are short and budgets high 💰 June 10th results €17,658 spent €145,770 in sales 8.25x ROAS Pretty juicy results if you ask me. Client was pleased. Campaign was super fun to run. For those who don't know me: I'm Krzysztof. I spend my days helping brands scale through Meta ads and currently oversee ~$1M in monthly ad spend across a range of B2C brands. I share practical learnings from real campaigns here from time to time. Follow along if that's your thing.

Meta pixel purchase event retention expanded from 180 -> 730 days. Honestly, never thought I'd witness this day but we're getting a massive lookback window for purchase events 😱 Great news for established brands with lots of historical pixel data. For some brands, I'm off to setup some campaigns that will retarget customers from 20+ months ago and bring in an immediate juicy ROAS boost. For others, I'm adding harsher purchase exclusions and pushing Meta to look for new untapped audiences to expand the true top of funnel.

Has your Meta ads performance fallen off a cliff? Do this 5min exercise and figure out why: 1. Go through your landing page/funnel to make sure no new bugs appeared anywhere in the flow 2. Cross check Meta-reported performance with your CRM. e.g. what is Shopify reporting vs the Events Manager, and are they aligned? 3. Zoom out and ask yourself "is there anything unusual happening on the macro level right now?" e.g. national holiday in key market, particularly bad piece of news announced locally, unusually great weather (everyone's outside!) 4. In the Ads Manager, click "Breakdown" and crosscheck that key deliverables are all correct. e.g. campaigns are targeting right age groups, gender, location, custom audiences etc. 5. Go to "Reports" and "View ad creative performance". Check last 2, 7 and 14 days. Meta will tally up creative performance for you. Are there certain creative outliers that are spending more than they should? Synthesise your findings from the above and suddenly the picture becomes a lot clearer. Ad performance is bound to go up and down. Temporary short-terms swings are part of the game, even for very successful businesses spending millions of dollars a year. Brands that win long term are the ones that are able to calmly analyse the data and make informed decisions without panicking.

I did a 60min consultation recently with Patrick, who runs a business in the construction space. He came to me after hearing a lot of conflicting advice around Meta ads. Especially around creative testing. Different opinions. Different “best practices.” Because let's be honest... You can go down a Reddit rabbit hole for hours. Watch endless YouTube videos. Read blog after blog. But none of it is built for your account. So instead of continuing to piece things together from random sources, Patrick decided to get a second set of eyes on the account. After the call, he said it “saved him weeks of time and significant capital.” Which says a lot. Not because anything we covered was revolutionary. But because it was specific. Specific to his account, his budget and his constraints. And that’s the part most people miss. They keep adding more inputs. When what they actually need is fewer variables and clearer direction.
