𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗜𝗧 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗮𝗽 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗲𝘀. This week in Nairobi, Circular IT group and Close the Gap agreed on the key terms of a seven-year extension of their long-term partnership. The partners aim to double the volume of IT equipment they jointly process for reuse, expand their collaboration to the United Kingdom and strengthen the operational infrastructure of their African hubs. In doing so, they link further growth to their shared commitment to digital inclusion. The partnership builds on more than 25 years of collaboration. This extension enables both organisations to invest in shared capacity, expertise and infrastructure. The agreed terms will be developed into a final contract over the next two weeks. “This partnership has proven its value. By renewing our long-term commitment to one another, we reaffirm our confidence in investing together and further increasing our impact,” says Dimitri Wams, CEO of Circular IT group. For Close the Gap, growth serves a wider purpose: increasing digital access. Reusing IT equipment connects circularity with opportunities for people who lack adequate access to digital resources. “For us, volume growth is about creating greater impact. We want to give more IT equipment a second life and, in doing so, expand opportunities for digital access. We know the difference we can make together and want to increase that impact further,” says Olivier N. (Baron) Vanden Eynde, CEO of Close the Gap. A central ambition is to double the volume of IT equipment the partners give a second life. To achieve this growth responsibly, they aim to strengthen the entire value chain and further professionalise their processes. Secure data erasure remains an essential part of this approach. “Doubling volumes requires more than additional capacity. We want to strengthen the entire value chain so that we can reliably process larger volumes and give more equipment a second life. This takes knowledge, expertise and skills. That is precisely what makes this partnership so valuable,” says Didier Appels, Managing Director of Circular IT group Belgium. What happens when large volumes of IT meet a European network ready to find their next users? We recently welcomed Minni Ekholm and Dániel Hencz from refurbed to Circular IT group, joining Marcel Does, Jip van Asperen and Dimitri Wams to explore exactly that opportunity. Circular IT group gives large volumes of laptops and other IT assets a second life through refurbishment and reuse. refurbed brings extensive European reach and direct access to the people looking for refurbished technology. Together, these strengths create an opportunity to keep more devices in use longer and scale circular IT across Europe. The visit gave both of us the chance to exchange data, understand each other’s operations and explore what a future collaboration could look like. A positive first conversation and a strong foundation to build on. Thank you Minni and Dániel for visiting us!

As of October 2026, we are pleased to announce our new partnership with Pink Elephant Netherlands, supporting their clients with an integrated Device as a Service proposition across the complete device lifecycle. We’re working together to make it easier and quicker for Pink Elephant clients to give their employees the tech they need, no matter where they work. From a new laptop arriving configured and ready to use to replacing a faulty device, managing repairs or collecting equipment when an employee leaves, more of the process will be connected and automated. “People should be able to work at their best, wherever they are, without ever having to think about the complexity behind it. “ – Aniel Ganga, Managing Director, Modern Work, Pink Elephant. For Pink Elephant clients, that means: We will create an even faster, more consistent service with fewer handovers and less administration. With even more opportunities to extend the life of IT through re-use. Equipment can now be securely collected and data erased, including full end-of-life support. By integrating our platform with Pink Elephant’s systems and standardising key processes, we’re creating a smoother journey from service request to resolution. We’re looking forward to working with Pink Elephant Netherlands. 👉 Read more about the partnership: https://lnkd.in/eX4-EsGH

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱. 🎉 To mark its official launch, CEO Dimitri Wams shares why transparency remains so important to us, and why we continue to report on our progress: “Although we are currently not required to report under CSRD, we choose to continue doing so. Not because we have to, but because transparency helps us learn, improve and hold ourselves to a higher standard.” Our new Impact Report looks back at our activities across Circular IT group in 2025. It brings together our environmental and social impact, circular performance and the steps we are taking to make IT circular at scale. Sharing our data openly helps us learn, improve and hold ourselves to a higher standard. We also hope it encourages more organisations across our industry to share their progress openly. The more transparent we are as an industry, the more we can learn from each other and move circular IT forward together. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗼𝗳: → 𝟭𝟭% reduction in total Scope 1–3 emissions compared with 2024 → 𝟴𝟲.𝟱% renewable energy, up from 27% in 2024 → 𝟲𝟭,𝟭𝟲𝟴.𝟭 𝘁𝗖𝗢𝟮𝗲 in avoided emissions through our refurbishment activities → 𝟰𝟮𝟲,𝟬𝟬𝟬 computing assets processed within Circular IT group* → 𝟮𝟰,𝟮𝟭𝟵 devices donated to schools and NGOs → €𝟭𝟯𝟬,𝟱𝟬𝟬 in hardware value donated via Stichting ITdonations → 𝟭,𝟯𝟱𝟭,𝟱𝟴𝟱 𝗸𝗴 of material processed across downstream operations We have also set clear targets for what we want to achieve by the 𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: → Reduce Scope 1–3 emissions by 𝟮𝟱% against our 2022 baseline → Increase dealer-pack Device as a Service intake to 𝟵𝟭% → Grow the number of devices reaching schools and NGOs to 𝟯𝟭,𝟬𝟬𝟬 But numbers alone do not drive us. We believe every colleague across Circular IT group has a role to play in bringing our ambitions to life and embodying our values: 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿. 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗯𝘆 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲. 𝗢𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀. These values guide how we work and how we make decisions. They strengthen our organisation and enable us to deliver more sustainable solutions and products while continuing to improve the impact we create. We would like to give a special thank you to Marco Woudenberg, and a thank you to Erwin van der Valk, Victoria Bouzas, and Ellie Turner, as well as all the colleagues who contributed so much to this report. Your time and knowledge was hugely appreciated. And to our customers, partners and colleagues whose work sits behind these numbers: thank you for your continued contribution and partnership.
