California LightWorks

Greensmith Cultivation couldn’t be happier with the performance of their MegaDrive lights. After nearly two years, they say these lights are one of the main reasons they’re still in business. One of the biggest advantages is the central power supply — each unit powers a full row of 27 lights, making it a fully integrated and scalable solution. With impressive energy efficiency, reduced HVAC costs, and strong, consistent growth, MegaDrive has delivered results that truly matter.

Since 2008, California LightWorks has focused on the research, design, development and manufacturing of state-of-the-art commercial LED grow lights and controls for greenhouse indoor and multi-level horticulture. By applying the latest in high efficiency lighting and controls technology, our team provides growers worldwide with LED grow light systems that deliver clear benefits at a competitive price.

Statehouse upgraded its 50,000 sq. ft. greenhouse with the MegaDrive® system from California LightWorks. The 3,000W flexible power supplies, low shadow profile, and full-spectrum control helped reduce installation costs, increase yield, and simplify operations with built-in cabling and wireless automation.

MegaDrive UnderCanopy — Designed for indoor and greenhouse cultivation, this innovative LED solution eliminates wiring hassles and stands strong against humidity and resin challenges.

After switching to the MegaDrive® Vertical Series by California Lightworks, Mathias Fields achieved over 2 lbs per light, reduced energy waste, and eliminated heat from drivers in grow rooms. With tailored spectrums and full digital control across all growth stages, they’ve turned precision into performance.

Nourse Farms upgraded to the MegaDrive® LED system to grow strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries year-round — without structural changes or overhead wiring. Since switching, they’ve improved plant quality, increased output, and cut installation and energy costs thanks to the system’s low-profile, high-efficiency design.
