Finally, I can share what comes next 🚀 After years as a management consultant and CEO, it’s clear to me that where people are seen as a key asset and part of the strategy, both change and business succeed. That’s why I’m joining Amby as Managing Partner from November, to grow our presence in Sweden. I’m impressed by what Amby has built on the Nordic market! A strong combination of people, culture and technology, with a data-driven delivery in Recruitment and HR as a Service. AI is changing how companies operate, how teams are built and what we expect from the People function. Finding the right talent is more critical than ever, but so is developing organizations that can adapt, perform and grow as the business changes. What drew me in is the chance to build a partner that works close to the business, challenges established ways of working, and treats People & Talent as part of the journey. Amby has a strong base in Norway and is already supporting ambitious Swedish companies. The potential in Sweden is huge.
