As Founder & President of Nested Bean Inc., Manasi Gangan built one of the most trusted names in infant sleep — a brand parents rely on during the most delicate months of their lives. This achievement reflects a founder whose command of the business runs unusually deep: brand, marketing, operations, finance, and analytics, all held to her exacting standard. The challenge facing any leader of that caliber is that there is only one of her. Her solution was to treat her own expertise as an asset worth engineering. Working with Agentman's Agent Skills platform, Nested Bean codified the way Manasi runs the business — her brand voice, her forecasting logic, the way she reads performance — into a library of more than forty production skills. As Manasi puts it: "What used to consume weeks of my team's time now runs on command — and we spend that time on the things only humans do best: engaging with customers, innovating, raising quality, and thinking further ahead." Month-end close, previously a week-long process, finishes in a day with her review standards built in. New team members run their first production skill in their first week. Nested Bean's rigorous approach means nothing enters the company's library until it has been drafted, tested, and validated. It is architected expertise — and one of the most thoughtful deployments of agent skills we've seen. We're honored to share this story. The full case study is at the link in the comments. #AgentSkills #FounderStories #AIAgents

Somewhere right now, a genuinely risky contract is waiting in line behind twenty NDAs that never needed a lawyer. Legal isn't slow. Legal has no front door. Our usage data confirms where it hurts most: of the four contract skills in Agentman's public Agent Skills library, the contract-negotiation-playbook is the most used — not the analyzer. The bottleneck legal teams feel first is negotiation authority, not review capacity. So we shipped the entire front door as four free, chained skills: → legal-intake-triager — routes every request: self-serve or counsel → contract-risk-scorer — orders the queue by exposure, not arrival time → contract-analyzer — structures the deep review and redline prep → contract-negotiation-playbook — positions by clause: preferred, fallback, red line ❌ Before: every request lands in one inbox at equal priority; sales negotiates from memory and a 2024 Slack thread ✅ After: routine requests self-serve; the risky contract reaches counsel first, with the risk work already done 💡 Sales can run legal's playbook mid-negotiation without ever reading it. Use-only sharing keeps fallbacks and red lines unreadable — and the activity log records every use. Three reasons this works as a system: 1. Right-sized counsel time — triage and risk scoring send lawyers only what needs judgment 2. Use-only governance — the business runs the rules; the rules stay legal's 3. Open format — same SKILL.md standard as Claude Skills; clone, encode your positions, run in Claude The skills route, score, and recall positions. Counsel decides. 💰 If you're budgeting for a voice AI agent: at $10 per hour of call time, a 12-minute payer call runs about $2.00 and a 3-minute scheduling call about $0.50. We compared five healthcare voice AI vendors in August 2026. Agentman is the only one that publishes a rate. That's about what a practice can learn before a sales call — not about whether the other four are expensive. We also went through the buying process ourselves. In July, one vendor asked for a $75,000 annual minimum before an initial call could even be scheduled, and noted it reflected a floor of five providers. 📌 Both halves are useful. $75,000 across five providers is about $1,250 per provider per month — a real number...and the floor tells you a three-physician practice isn't being quoted high, it's outside what was on offer. (Better to learn that in the first email than the third meeting.) A call answered in two minutes and one on hold for twenty use very different phone time. That's why our rate is per hour, billed by the minute. Four questions worth getting in writing from every vendor, including us: 1️⃣ Is hold time billed, or only connected time? On payer calls, that's most of the cost. 2️⃣ Is there a monthly minimum or platform fee on top of usage? 3️⃣ What happens on a call that fails? It still used minutes. 4️⃣ Is there a setup or onboarding fee? ☎️ One last thing: much of the back office isn't a phone problem. Eligibility runs over EDI at $0.50 a check, prior auth is submission and tracking, inbox triage is a queue. Buy voice alone and you'll be calling for work that never needed a call. More and more searches end inside an AI answer now, not a list of links. When someone asks ChatGPT or Gemini which tool to use, the answer is quoted from someone's page — and whether it's yours has less to do with your product than with how the page is written. That's 𝗔𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. The rules are pretty concrete: headings phrased as real questions, sections that open with a direct answer, actual numbers instead of hedging. ❌ Before: "Our Eligibility Tool" ✅ After: "What is the best eligibility-verification tool for independent practices?" Same info — engines quote the second and skip the first. We packaged the method into a free Agent Skill that rewrites your pages (schema markup included). One click into Claude or ChatGPT, no account needed. We use it on our own content at Agentman. Executives read decks conclusion-first. A McKinsey-style deck puts the recommendation on slide 2 — an ordinary deck buries it on slide 14. That gap is the difference between winning a decision and winning a blank stare. It's the night before the board meeting. Slide 7 says "Market Landscape." Slide 8 says "Revenue Overview." Every slide announces its topic. Not one states its point. Then someone in the room asks the question that kills 90 minutes of prep: "So… what?" Consulting firms solved this decades ago with one rule: the action title. The headline isn't a topic — it's the takeaway, written as a full sentence. Stack the titles top to bottom and they tell the entire argument in 30 seconds, before anyone looks at a chart. ❌ "Revenue Overview" ✅ "Revenue declined 15% year-over-year, driven by three operational failures" ❌ "Market Landscape" ✅ "The addressable market has doubled since 2022 — but three incumbents control 74% of spend" We packaged the full methodology into a free Agent Skill: McKinsey Slide Craft. One click loads it into Claude or ChatGPT. Works on PowerPoint and Google Slides decks. Three modes: 1. Critique — hand it your existing deck; it reads the titles in sequence, flags every topic title, and rewrites each as an assertion 2. Draft — describe your situation; it builds a ghost deck (Situation → Complication → Resolution) as action titles before a single slide is designed 3. Update — point it at specific problems; it applies the fixes 💡 The difference between a deck that informs and a deck that wins a decision isn't polish. It's whether the titles alone make the argument. Action titles, the Pyramid Principle, the "so what?" test — this is a consulting firm's core product, and now it costs a prompt instead of a retainer.
