AI adoption is mostly solved: almost all leaders I speak to have rolled out access to some AI chat interface to their teams. Yet, most leaders guessing in the dark when it comes to understanding what their teams do with AI and how to capture ROI while keeping cost under control. But, in the age of AI, you cannot afford your business to become a black box. Make turns it into a glass box, where you can observe, monitor and govern how agents execute your business operations. Make is offering the execution layer for AI agents, where work across your stack runs reliably, controlled and governed. Combining intelligent decision making by AI with deterministic execution across workflows, functions and systems. For AI is the brain. But Make unlocks the execution. While humans stay in control.

Without governance, an AI automation nobody approved might be running your most important business processes. Here's how it usually goes: A support team uses AI to summarize customer requests. It works well. Someone connects it to the knowledge base. Now it drafts replies. The drafts are good, so routine ones go out automatically. Eventually it starts updating customer records. Every step makes sense, but nobody ever signed off on the whole thing. So today, an AI writing assistant is making decisions on behalf of the company. That's the Shadow AI problem I think leaders should worry about. The AI toolset it runs on was approved. The authority it gradually picked up never was. And shutting it down is usually the wrong first move. You remove the automation, but the bottleneck behind it stays. In this article, I show how to put the right level of governance around the AI already running in your business, so your teams can keep experimenting while you stay in control. Read the full article.

Most companies can measure their AI adoption. Almost none of them can deliver business impact. Here's one reason why: adoption often naturally caps around 16%. That's the share of people who pick up AI on their own, without anyone enabling them. Past that point, most companies stop progressing. I spent the last 2.5 years leading AI transformation at Make. Today, our AI adoption is at 96% across 350+ people. But there's so much more behind the number. 🟪 We split accountability into three layers: leadership, managers, and the people doing the daily work, clarifying what each layer owns. 🟪 We put a dedicated AI lead inside every department instead of building one central "center of excellence." 🟪 We replaced ambiguity with a bar: a clear definition of what "using AI" means for every single role. 🟪 And then, we nudged everyone by making AI adoption mandatory. Unpopular at first, but 88% approval two quarters in. This is the deepest look I've given into the backstage of our AI transformation, going into the the why behind each step.
