Wenn wir ehrlich sind, zeigt sich hier ein Muster: Ein Reporting-Prozess funktioniert nur dann, wenn er nicht an einzelnen Menschen hängt. Was passiert eigentlich in den Sekunden, nachdem deine Mitarbeitenden auf den Meldebutton geklickt haben? Ein Klick auf das Outlook-Add-in startet bei uns eine sofortige Kette: Zuerst schauen wir in der Datenbank nach. Kennen wir das Mail oder ein sehr ähnliches bereits? Wenn ja, wird es automatisch bereinigt. Falls nicht, durchläuft es ein Set von rund 800 Regeln. Diese prüfen das Mail anhand klarer Kriterien auf Phishing oder Spam. Gibt es keinen Treffer, landet die Meldung direkt im Dashboard unseres Analysten. Bestätigt sich der Phishing-Verdacht, folgt der nächste Schritt. Wir prüfen in allen Mailboxen aller Kunden, wer diese Mail sonst noch bekommen hat. Dort lassen wir es dann automatisch verschwinden. So kann eine Meldung das ganze Unternehmen schützen.
