🥌 An evening away from the office Our third teambuilding event of the year brought us back to the curling rink. After a team vote, curling was the clear winner, and for the second time, we got to enjoy some friendly competition on the ice. Whether it was about aiming for the perfect shot or simply having fun together, it was a great opportunity to step away from our daily routines and spend time with colleagues in a different setting. After the games, we headed to a restaurant for good food and relaxed conversations. 🍽️ At develogics®, we know that successful projects are built on more than technical skills alone. Communication, collaboration and trust make a real difference in how teams work together. That’s why we value opportunities to connect outside our everyday work, get to know each other better and strengthen the relationships that carry over into our projects. 🔗If you’re considering a change in your career and would like to learn more about the projects we work on, feel free to reach out or visit our website: https://lnkd.in/dsVCX9P8

October 1st International coffee day ☕ a moment to pause and connect. Great ideas don’t always start in a meeting room. Sometimes they start over coffee — with a quick question, a different perspective, or a conversation with someone from another team. At develogics®, a coffee break is also a chance to pause for a moment, step away from the screen and simply talk. About a project, a problem you’re facing, or anything that happens to come up. And sometimes, a casual conversation with a colleague from another team is all it takes to look at a problem differently or find a new solution. Because good collaboration isn’t only built in meetings. It’s also built in those small, everyday moments when people have time to talk. ☕ Curious about what it’s like to work with us?
