When you’re managing a large contractor workforce like them, being able to pull up someone’s compliance on the spot without chasing down records across different places makes a huge difference. Copper Mountain's Health & Safety Supervisor Brent Roberts put it best: “With our contractor management in DATS, what we’re doing here is world class. I’d challenge any mine in the province to pick ten contractors at random and show their training compliance on the spot. I guarantee they couldn’t.
