I run the ClickUp Help Center and the product expands almost daily. The hardest part was never the writing. It was finding out a feature shipped, then piecing together what it actually did from scattered threads and three different PMs. Most of my week went to that. So we built a chain of Super Agents to handle the piecing together. They watch release work, spin up Help Center tasks from the threads that matter, assemble the product brief, and hand me a scoped draft. I read every one, fix what's wrong, and publish. The judgment call is still mine. Publishing a major feature went from 3+ hours to 1. The prep work that used to fill my week now takes a morning. The bottleneck was never how fast I could write. It was how long it took me to understand what I was writing about. Fixing that upstream is what changed the math. https://lnkd.in/g3hP6Vyg

I built 6 Super Agents inside ClickUp to get my week back. Renewal tracking. Scoping summaries. Approval routing. Partner opportunity support. Leadership reporting. Meeting note cleanup. Individually, these were important tasks, but not a single one needed me to personally do it. Collectively, they were chewing through 9 hours of my week. Now my agent team has reduced that same work to 2.5 hours. That’s a 72% reduction in admin time, but the real win is that I have the bandwidth for better customer conversations, better team coaching, and more time spent scaling what’s actually working. This is the part of AI adoption I think more leaders should care about. Not “can it do something impressive?” Can it reliably take recurring operational weight off your calendar so you can spend your time where leadership actually counts? ClickUp's Solutions Engineering team is rapidly adopting an AI-native operating model. I asked Brain² to create an Artifact for me that shows how our SE team actually runs inside ClickUp (shared in the comments)! What came back was a scrollable walkthrough of the whole motion, from intake to technical win, with the deal record, the agent layer, and the operating system around it all in one place. Artifacts today can generate landing pages, slide decks, reports, interactive dashboards, and more. What gets me truly excited is where this is heading in the near future: 🔜 Versioned containers with git-like history, so every iteration is tracked and you can roll back to any prior version. 🔜 Live Artifacts that read real-time workspace data and stay current without anyone lifting a finger. 🔜 App Artifacts with full read/write access, meaning buttons, forms, and actions that mutate your actual workspace. Not a prototype, but a live application built from your work. 🔜 A browsable Artifacts Hub so every output your team or agents create is discoverable in one gallery, not buried in a chat thread. This is an early look at the Artifacts experience we've been building at ClickUp. #clickup #solutionsengineering #presales #artifacts

"Agents don't take PTO." That's how Seismic's Chief of Staff, Mariah Wilcox, PMP, CLSSBB describes the agent that now reviews every incoming marketing request, gathers the requirements, and confirms capacity, all before a single creative gets pulled in. It doesn't sleep. It doesn't forget. It just handles it. And that's one agent. Seismic built 30 of them in a month, because eight of their departments run in ClickUp on the same data. Marketing, sales, ops, plus five more, one source of truth the agents can actually read across. What that's added up to: • 30 AI agents live in 30 days, tripled from the first 10 built since agents initially launched • A half-day reporting question now answered in one sentence through ClickUp Brain • 20 hours of manual work cut in a month, by just 3 people • 102% seat utilization, with a waiting list to get in See how Seismic got here → https://lnkd.in/guZ8yDMX

Your team's best AI workflows live in one person's head. And there's never been a way to change that... until now. They've got their own GPTs, prompts that produce wildly good output, a whole system. There's just never been a way to package that up for the rest of the team. So we built 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻² 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀. Brain² studies how your team works, then turns your best processes into shareable Skills anyone can trigger. You approve it, and Brain² just does it that way for everyone. The person who perfected that workflow? Now it scales across the whole team without them. We've been running Skills internally and we're a little obsessed. Once you try it you'll see why. Paste this prompt into Brain²: "𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘆 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁? 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝘁." Tell us what it builds.

I’ve sat through a lot of calls where someone explains a genuinely complicated process, everyone nods along, and then afterward you’re left trying to turn hours of conversation(s) into a diagram that actually makes sense. For the Solutions Engineers, FDEs, and consultants in the room, this likely sounds familiar. ~6 months ago, Sean Hardy built Splash to solve for this internally at ClickUp. You give it a call transcript or recording(s), and it turns that into a Mermaid process map you can bring into a ClickUp Whiteboard and keep editing with the customer. It's been super helpful for ⬇️ - FDEs who need to understand the real technical flow, dependencies, and automation opportunities quickly - Solution Engineers who want to make discovery more visual without spending half the day drawing boxes and arrows - Implementation Consultants who need a solid current-state map before designing what the future state should look like Over the last few weeks, I've leveraged OpenAI's Codex to refine it to have better diagram alignment, deeper context on the agents/challenges/integrations, and a few other UX improvements. It’s not really about having AI make a pretty diagram. The useful part is getting to something tangible faster, so the conversation can move from “Did we capture this correctly?” to “How should we improve it?” Less time cleaning up notes. More time actually solving the problem. #SolutionsEngineering #AI #ProcessMapping #ClickUp
