Anthropic just made it easier to create a dashboard, and I think that’s good news for business intelligence. With Claude Dashboards, people can ask questions about their business data and get visualizations back without writing SQL or building charts by hand. Yes, I’ve said before that dashboards are dead. Guilty as charged. The dashboard was never the end goal. People need answers they can trust and act on, and making those answers faster to produce doesn’t make them more reliable. Say revenue is down 8% in EMEA. Is it one product or all of them? Lost customers or smaller orders? And when sales and finance ask about “revenue,” are they even using the same definition? That first chart is a starting point. The real work is figuring out why. If sales and finance start from different versions of revenue, AI won’t sort that out for them. It just gets them to different answers faster. This is exactly where Qlik is focused as BI evolves. We're investing in both sides of that equation: the trusted data, quality, and governance behind the answers, and the associative analytics that help people investigate what those answers mean. Our new native connector in Claude is another step in bringing Qlik's capabilities into the AI experiences customers choose. The future of BI isn't about choosing between AI assistants and enterprise analytics. It's about bringing them together, so customers can get the speed of AI with the depth and trust of Qlik, building on the investments they've already made. I’ve written more about why the next question matters more than the first answer. Link in the comments.

A few weeks ago I spent a full day in New York with the team from Trace3, Qlik's New Partner of the Year, talking through what the next 12 months of this partnership look like. We had a simple goal for our day together: to leave the room with our top three strategic objectives and a plan to action them. It might come as no surprise that AI readiness made it onto the list, including dynamic technologies like Iceberg and Open Lakehouse. Helping customers figure out how ready (or not) their data management, governance, and preparation are for AI projects is a critical first step. So with Trace3, we're now making sure that's part of the conversation from day one instead of an extra step later on. I really liked the way one of the Trace3 leaders summed up their role: "Our customers pay us to be agnostic, but to have an opinion." That's the responsibility of a good partner. With their data and analytics practice growing 100% year over year (wow!), it seems we're not the only ones who think they're great to work with. Special thanks to Susie LeMay for playing host and expertly guiding the discussion, Hayden Ng for leading from the Qlik side, and Asher Lohman, Scott MacConnell, Kevin Rogers, and Frank Matteson at Trace3 for being such a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to all of the great things to come!

One insight from Qlik Connect has stayed with me. The average AI project now involves 6.3 organizations. Think about that for a moment. The era of a single vendor delivering customer outcomes is behind us. AI success depends on an ecosystem. I've always believed the best customer outcomes come from bringing together the right expertise. In today's AI landscape, that belief matters more than ever. At Qlik, I think of it as the Power of Three: • Qlik provides the trusted, connected data foundation that makes AI possible. • Technology alliances like AWS, Databricks, ServiceNow, and Snowflake extend what's possible through complementary innovation. • Channel partners bring the industry expertise, implementation skills, and trusted customer relationships that turn technology into business outcomes. Miss any one of those, and the equation changes. Great technology without a partner who understands the customer's business becomes a demo. A trusted advisor without the right data foundation can only go so far. And even the strongest technology alliance only creates value when it's implemented in the context of a customer's unique goals. The conversations I'm having with customers have shifted. They're no longer asking whether they should invest in AI. They're asking whether their data, systems, and operating model are ready to create measurable business value from it. No single company has all of those answers. That's why the future of AI belongs to ecosystems that collaborate, innovate, and execute together. I am excited about what we are building with our partners, and even more excited about what we'll accomplish together.

The future of analytics will be defined by the trust it has in AI-driven decisions. As data environments become increasingly complex, many organizations face a growing trust gap: fragmented information, inconsistent governance, and difficulty turning insights into action at scale. Qlik and Accenture are collaborating to help organizations address this challenge through trusted agentic analytics and have launched a new AI4BI accelerator. By combining Qlik's governed and connected data foundation with Accenture's expertise in AI agents, knowledge orchestration, and industry-specific playbooks, organizations can equip both people and AI with the context needed to make faster, more informed decisions. The result is more than better analytics. It's a trusted intelligence foundation that enables scalable AI adoption, accelerates time to value, and helps organizations move confidently from insight to action. Thank you to Monica Gupta for joining us in London to demonstrate our new joint asset to our leadership team that is now available and will help clients unlock the full potential of trusted, AI-powered decision-making. I'm excited by the opportunities this collaboration creates for our customers.

Cost. Effort. Time. Those are the three things I hear holding back even the most willing customers from modernizing. We’ve just removed one of them. We’ve launched a new offer for our smaller Qlik Sense and QlikView client-managed customers: a path to Qlik Cloud at roughly what they already pay today. No cost surprises. No compromise on the AI, automation, and analytics capabilities they've been waiting to access. This isn't only an SMB story. I've always believed every Qlik customer, of every size, deserves a real path to modernization. This is one more program built to get them there. Of course, none of this works without partners. Here’s how we support you: • Migration tooling: the fully supported Qlik Analytics Migration Tool is live now, including a new QlikView and Qlik Sense to Qlik Cloud converter at no extra cost. Details in the Qlik Migration Center: https://bit.ly/4cBuKlW • Partner Portal Move to Cloud page: https://bit.ly/4xymvze • Standard partner discounts stay fully in place. Every migration is a chance to deepen the relationship. More users, more use cases, more services. We've already helped hundreds of customers and partners move tens of thousands of users and applications to Qlik Cloud. This offer opens that door to thousands more. To every partner with a customer who's wanted to modernize but couldn't justify it until now: let's talk. I'm excited about how many more of these stories we get to write together.
