Container transport looks simple on paper. Pick up a container, deliver it and invoice it. But between the booking and the invoice, there's a whole chain of dependencies that a standard TMS was never built to handle. So operators make it work — with port portals open next to the planning screen, a spreadsheet tracking last valid slots, and invoicing pushed to Friday when there's finally time to match everything up. It works, to a degree. But it's quietly eating into your margin on every single job. We wrote the guide that maps all of it out — where the friction is, where the money leaks, and what it looks like when you fix it. 📥 Free download. https://lnkd.in/etZ_vE_P

Most container planners aren't doing planning. They're doing data reconciliation. One platform says the container was released, another says it’s still pending and the TMS shows it’s still planned. Three systems and three different answers. And the driver is due to leave in 20 minutes. This is the reality of container haulage in 2026. It's not a people problem, it's a systems problem. We wrote the definitive guide to container haulage operations: where the friction actually lives, why margin leaks quietly across every job, and what separates a reactive operation from running proactive, connected workflows. If you run containers — or you run the people who do — this one's for you. 👇 Follow the link to download the free guide. https://lnkd.in/egwjZnQV

A standard container import job involves at least 7 distinct operational steps, 20+ data points, and 4 or 5 disconnected systems. That's not a workflow. That's a workaround. We mapped out exactly where this breaks down — failed collections, missed charges, demurrage that accumulates before anyone notices, and invoicing that lags days behind delivery. And more importantly: what the operations that have fixed it actually look like. It's all in our new Container Haulage Guide — a no-nonsense look at how operators can run faster, tighter, and more profitably. 📥 Download it for free. https://lnkd.in/e6dpqNjK
