The future of delivery, discussed by the people shaping it. OMNIC hosted a delivery strategy panel with Gary Starr of Australia Post, Charles Brewer of Pos Malaysia Berhad and Christian Oestergaard MSc of PostNord alongside our Co-CEO Julia Lockman. Moderated by Ian Kerr of The Postal Hub, the discussion combined first-hand leadership experience with Ian's deep industry knowledge. Service quality or price? Compete with retailers' delivery networks or collaborate? What comes next for robotics and smart lockers? Different markets demand different strategies. At OMNIC, we bring together smart lockers, robotics and software to turn those strategies into working infrastructure. Thank you, Gary, Charles and Christian, for sharing the thinking behind your strategies — and Ian, for asking the questions that took the conversation further. Watch the highlights below and explore the full conversation. ▶️ Full panel: https://lnkd.in/d5p4DeGB 🎧 Ian's podcast on The Postal Hub: https://lnkd.in/dnDSX5Sz Born in Italy. One parcel. Zero human touch. At Parcel+Post Expo 2026, OMNIC demonstrated how different machines work as one intelligent system — powered by Log OS. From storage to shipment, we automate the routine to give people back their most valuable resource: time. Born in Italy. Parcel+Post Expo 2026 is a wrap! Two days at ExCeL London, stand C32. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, asked hard questions and stayed for the demos. Everything on one stand, in two stories we showed side by side on purpose: → The network that runs today: the new OMNI Post generation and OMNI Drop Off. → Where it goes next: AGV sorting and an automated warehouse. → And LogOS underneath, running both on one dashboard. On stage, Julia Lockman spoke on "The Noise of Innovation". Now we're writing the Post Expo Debrief: who brought what and what it means for operators, what changed in hardware this year, and what we got wrong. Written after the doors closed, not before. Two days at Parcel+Post Expo is short, so we bring the people who can answer on the spot. Leadership and engineering will be at stand C32, 23–24 September, ExCeL London. Book a meeting in advance — we keep the number of slots low, so every conversation gets proper time.

Your locker network should belong to you — not to whoever supplied the hardware. Keep your own software, put Log OS on the lockers you already run, go end-to-end with OMNIC — or move to your own platform later. And we stay after installation: on-site repair, regional spare parts and field service across 30+ countries. Book a meeting at stand C32, 23–24 September, and work out with our team which setup fits your network now — and what it keeps open for later.

Since 2012, OMNIC has been building intelligent infrastructure — and the 7th generation of Log OS is not just software for lockers. It connects enterprise systems with robotics hardware and orchestrates multi-vendor fleets — lockers, sorting, DWS, AGV, AMR, service robotics — through one platform. Book a meeting at stand C32, 23–24 September, and map out with our team how Log OS would fit the systems and machines you run today or plan to add.
