More than 60 years after The Beatles changed pop culture forever, their influence continues to unfold across stages, galleries, and screens. From Paul McCartney’s Got Back Tour to a newly revealed archive of his 1963–64 photography, an expanded edition of The Beatles Anthology, and 2026 tour dates for Ringo Starr’s All Starr Band and more, these events offer new ways for every fan to indulge their Beatlemania. As these exhibitions and tours bring their creative legacy back into focus, they also shine a light on the causes The Beatles and their circle champion — from Paul McCartney’s Meat Free Monday campaign and support of PETA, to Ringo Starr and Barbara Bach’s Lotus Foundation, George Harrison’s Material World Foundation, and the youth education and humanitarian work supported by the John Lennon Educational Tour Bus. Museums like the Frist Art Museum in Nashville and Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago play an important role too, sharing their work with new generations through exhibitions sustained by donor and member support. As we celebrate their creative legacy, it’s also a moment to look toward the organizations keeping that legacy of compassion and creativity alive. Cities across the country are searching for new ways to strengthen youth connection and belonging — and Chicago may be offering a blueprint. While the Cultural Stadium initiative has been widely discussed for its economic potential, its deeper value lies in how it could transform opportunities for young people. Much of the original vision remains the same: reimagining cultural, civic, and recreational assets as a single, connected ecosystem. But at its core, this initiative also speaks to a national need — creating spaces where young people can gather, create, and build community. Organizations like Uniting Voices Chicago already demonstrate what this looks like in action. Nearly 4,000 young people participate in their programming each year, connecting with peers across the city, collaborating with renowned artists like Chance The Rapper and Bobby McFerrin, and performing at iconic venues including Lyric Opera of Chicago, Harris Theater for Music and Dance, and more. Explore how this innovative model can inspire cities everywhere — and how Uniting Voices is helping the next generation lead the way — on our website: https://lnkd.in/eABvch9k 📸 Kyle Flubacker #CulturalStadium #UnitingVoicesChicago #InvestInYouth #YouthBelonging #ArtsEducation #CommunityInnovation

Bullying prevention can’t be limited to one month of awareness or a calendar campaign. Orange ribbons and hashtags each October matter — they signal solidarity and compassion — but awareness alone is not saving lives. The nation is past the point of slogans. Real change requires action. Cyberbullying puts millions of children at risk. Suicide is now the second leading cause of death among youth ages 10 to 19, and teens who experience cyberbullying are more than four times as likely to report suicidal thoughts or attempts. These aren’t just statistics — they’re a call to action. Parents, educators, schools, and social platforms all share responsibility, but the most powerful place to begin is at home. Adopt and model this life-saving approach: Screenshot it. Block it. Report it. Talk about it. Practice it. Show kids what it looks like.
