From concept to data: mass spectrometry that empowers discovery. The Mass Spectrometry Facility supports researchers in translating complex biological samples into high-quality molecular data. Before it could empower discovery, some of the Mass Spectrometry Facility’s advanced equipment first had to make a remarkable entrance — by crane. The facility provides bottom-up proteomics, interactomics, consultations, data analysis and custom method development. Its advanced instrumentation enables high-resolution analysis of proteins and other biomolecules, supports studies based on limited sample material, and helps generate actionable insights for biomedical research.
